High Tide is perfection. The house is filled with light and lovely views of the water and Ptown. It's been perfect for our family, including young kiddos, grandparents, and dog. We love our walks on the beach, games and family meals around the large table, adventuring in Ptown and dunes. Mike, Ross, and Olive are great hosts. This is our third stay and it is quickly become our favorite spot and an annual tradition.

We spent a wonderful week with our extended family at Ross and Mike's amazing, beautifully decorated beach house. It was our second visit at Ross's and Mike's house, but the first time in this house. The house is spacious and could accommodate easily our party of 9 (6 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 baby). The open floor plan allowed us to spend time together, but also break up into smaller groups. The kitchen is very well equipped with all you need to cook delicious meals. You have direct access to the beach, and can walk along the beach to Provincetown. In the late afternoon we enjoyed watching beautiful sunsets either at the beach or from the coach in the living room. We even saw the spouts of whales. The beds were very comfortable as well, and the place was super clean. However, the best is how the house in decorated. Mike and Ross are very creative and pay attention to details. Wherever you look, you discover new things. It was a joy to spend our vacation there and I'm sure we will come back. I would like to add that communication was easy and great.

This large, unique house with its on-the-sand location on Provincetown Harbor was ideal for our west-and-east coast family and golden retriever. Welcoming gathering room with large table for all children's art work and family meals. Comfortable open deck drew everyone outside from morning to night. Water was very swimmable, esp. when wind cooperated. 3 bedrooms with queen-sized beds, one bunk room with double & single (on top), one loft queen-sized bed. 11-year old & 7-year-old had several sleeping options. Ross was accessible and always helpful. We hope to return as a family or with friends. Amazing shoreline beauty, morning light, sunsets, sea air.

We had a wonderful week long stay in October. To start the view is fantastic and just makes you relax with the beauty of the beach grass, sand, water and Provincetown.

The house is absolutely perfect…everything is updated….the kitchen is great, strong wifi, plenty of space, comfortable bed, good water pressure, good storage to really move right in, convenient location, nice furnishings inside and out. It was just two of us and we noted that this house has plenty of room for a multigenerational family.

The owner Ross and his dog Olive were delightful and we loved the beautiful fresh flowers provided. A wonderful week!

Wow, from check-in to check-out what an amazing experience — Ross and Mike's home is the perfect getaway to escape the hustle and bustle of the "real" world! We stayed here with our adult children, their partners and their puppy, every single person (plus the pup) could not get enough of this lovely home and the surrounding area — the proximity to Provincetown and the National Seashore is an added plus.

From the direct beach access to the back patio and outdoor shower, we could not get enough of all the amenities in the space — this home has something for everyone to enjoy, rain or shine! Ross and Mike were so friendly and provided such a hospitable energy throughout; they were always prepared with excellent suggestions for local excursions and sights. We can not wait too be back to enjoy many more sunsets and make many more memories! 10/10 would recommend!!

I stayed with my family, spanning ages 6 months to 65 years, and we had our 4 year old lab with us. Every single person (and the dog!) had a blast. The house was located in an amazing spot with a beach that was private and quiet but was so close to the activities in P-town. Views were amazing. The house was set up well and everyone had plenty of space. Ross was extremely helpful and responsive. We look forward to visiting again!

This lovingly maintained home exceeded our expectations. Ross proved to be an excellent host, checking in with us before, during and after our stay. From the moment we walked in the door, we fell in love with the house. My children enjoyed the comfort and privacy of the loft. The family enjoyed the proximity to the beaches and area attractions. We spent one rainy day at the large table working on puzzles and playing Yahtzee (a nice addition to the onsite amenities).

When it was time to go, nobody wanted to leave. The house was immaculate, with every convenience provided. The ocean views from nearly every room were spectacular. The eclectic, rustic decor bolstered the abundant charm of the cottage. I truly hope we have a chance to visit again. Highly recommended!

We have rented properties all over the Provincetown area for many years, and this one ranks among the very best. Lovely house, spectacular location, with unobstructed view of the bay. Sunset fills the entire horizon with the two Long Point lighthouses straight ahead and the town to the right, a view equally as beautiful seen from inside the house or out on the beach. The house is spacious with clever touches everywhere, charming, comfortable, well equipped and convenient. There was plenty of room to spread out and have privacy with lots of nooks and seating. And it was perfectly cozy even in December, a great cold weather get-away. The owners could not have been more gracious and accommodating, responsive to every request. This will definitely be a repeat!!

This house... what can I say? The moment I stepped up to the front door and peered straight through the house to the back door and out to the ocean, I knew this was going to be amazing. The location is perfect. Miles of beach for walking on the bay side, short drives to all the great beaches on the ocean side— and to P-town. The house is beautiful and very clean. The kitchen/living room is particularly great, really fun decor and kitchen seemed well stocked if you are cooks. WiFi worked great for the kids to do their remote learning. The week was just what we needed to clear our heads in these crazy times.

Mike and Russ were terrific hosts (it was really nice to be able to bring the dog!) and we hope to be back next year.

Perfect Escape-from-the-World Place
Ross and Mike are awesome and so is their house. It's so quintessentially Cape-y and they've thought of everything to include at/in/near their property. Specific awesome things are the outdoor shower, the massive dining table and kitchen counter/bar, the eclectic portraits all over the house, the back deck and its amazing view, and, of course, the private beach. We definitely want to stay again!

My extended family and I have been staying on the Cape for over 20 years. We have finally found nirvana by staying at this cottage, and we've rented for 4 straight years now. Being on the beach avoids the need to pack/drive to get to the water, so we gain 30%+ more vacation time. Mike and Ross are excellent homeowners to work with.

The decor is perfect for a beach cottage. The place has all the amenities you would need: huge dining table, outdoor shower, large deck with multiple umbrellas, private path to the private beach, excellent running air conditioners, etc, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend this cottage, and plan to continue to rent for the foreseeable future...!

Amazing get away
This is a beautiful, eclectic home with everything you'd ever need, in an amazing location. Great for hanging in/at the beach with our multi-generational family (a la pandemic), but I'd imagine even better when the new normal returns. Ross & Mike are excellent hosts! We'd come back in a heartbeat!

An impeccably decorated, utterly comfortable (dog friendly!) home located right on the sand, with everything you need (and whatever else, you're just a quick trip from Ptown). Ross, Michael, and Olive are great, knowledgeable hosts who made themselves easily accessible throughout our visit. We stayed for a week and would have happily extended for at least the rest of the summer. We miss it already—and will be back!

We are repeat visitors, since we were so happy with everything about this place the first time! Great layout with room to cook, visit, play games, sleep a big group. Awesome to walk out to the water whenever the urge strikes you and so close and easy to PTown. Great WiFi signal and showers

Great family vacation!
The property was beautiful, the owners friendly and helpful! There is enough space to all eat and play games together. The view of the water is wonderful.

This place has a gorgeous view, and the porch is a great place for friends to hang together and relax. The game selection in the apartment was a fun surprise, and I got to learn how to play backgammon. Michael was responsive and made sure our arrival and departure were smooth.
