Most guests will find it an easy walk to the beach where you can walk for miles, swim, kayak, fish or just relax.
The light-filled Contemporary home boast a sunny Great Room featuring a cathedral ceiling and lots of windows which is complimented with comfortable furniture, flat screen TV, books/games to enjoy and glass doors opening to the large deck. Roomy kitchen with desk area, nice appliances, counter space and probably everything you need for cooking; adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, which has a long table to accommodate up to 10 people. The dining area opens to a second deck with a gas grille and seating. Upper level private master bedroom suite with king bed, bath with large shower and wonderful views of the bay all the way to Provincetown. There are three additional bedrooms in the home and a handy laundry room. The front deck has nice outdoor furniture and everyone enjoys the views and sunsets; nice yard for kids and there's even an herb garden for guests. Enclosed outdoor shower.
Highland Golf Links is about a five-minute drive as is Head of the Meadow Beach and Coast Guard Beach on the ocean. The Links overlook the Atlantic Ocean and are next to the Highland Light - all part of the Cape Cod National Seashore. Non-shedding dogs considered.
