If you ever wondered where Patti Page stood when she sang ''Old Cape Cod'', this could be the place. Our quaint but small cottage sits directly on Cape Cod Bay with views across the water into Provincetown and beyond. In the evenings the lights from Long Point lighthouse and Wood End lighthouse are clearly visible along with the twinkling lights across the water from Provincetown. The sunsets you will enjoy from your deck are the best on Cape Cod. The beach is steps from your deck and the stunning dunes are directly across the road behind you.

The cottage sleeps four but is more suitable for two. There is one bedroom with a double bed and a double size futon in the small living area. The small bathroom has a tiled shower and floor. The kitchen is equipped with a two burner cooktop (no oven), a microwave and a refrigerator with freezer. Dining furniture is provided for both inside and outside the cottage. The large exclusive deck has a gas (provided) grill. The inside of the cottage has two sliding glass doors offering an expansive 180 degree water view of the Bay.

You may never wish to leave your cottage, but, if you do, the beaches and bicycle trails of Cape Cod National Seashore are conveniently nearby, along with golf courses and the Cape Cod Light. It is only a short, five minute drive into Provincetown where you will find grocery stores, whale watching, deep sea fishing, sailing, boat and kayak rentals, bike rentals, shopping, art galleries and fabulous restaurants. There is a bus shuttle service stop directly across from the cottage if you do not wish to drive into Provincetown.
