This spacious home offers an open living, dining, and kitchen area on the first floor. There is also a sun room, a full bath with shower, and a den with a queen size sleep sofa and a TV with basic cable and DVD. The den has sliding French doors. The kitchen is fully equipped and condiments and pantry items are provided. NO PETS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

On the second story there are two large bedrooms. One bedroom faces east and has a queen bed and a full bath with shower/tub, two sinks. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. The second west-facing bedroom has a queen bed. There is a TV and a half bath. Both bedrooms have outside decks.

There is a large front deck with an adjacent grill area and an enclosed outdoor shower/dressing area. Beach towels are provided. Bath linens can be provided upon request. We provide mattress covers, pillows, and blankets but you will need to bring your own sheets. The acre lot is surrounded by trees keeping it private from the road and neighbors. There is also Koi ponds and and perennial gardens. The house is placed at the back of a one acre lot, and you face a large and partially wooded front yard.

You are surrounded by the National Seashore, and beaches and ponds are just minutes away. Bike riding and walking trails start right at your doorstep. A tennis court is right across the street. The private beach is a five minute walk from the house and the gorgeous public Ryder Beach is a five minute bike ride away. Provincetown and Wellfleet are minutes away, where you will enjoy world class festivities and restaurants. There is parking for two cars if front of the garage, additional safe parking available in our gravel parking area at the top of the road. The garage is not part of the rental. Here you can relax and enjoy it all with your quiet time and privacy assured. The owner and her adult son live in a studio apartment below the rental with their own entrance and deck.
