Description

This spacious home offers an open living, dining, and kitchen area on the first floor. There is also a sun room, a full bath with shower, and a den with a queen size sleep sofa and a TV with basic cable and DVD. The den has sliding French doors. The kitchen is fully equipped and condiments and pantry items are provided. NO PETS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED, NO EXCEPTIONS.

On the second story there are two large bedrooms. One bedroom faces east and has a queen bed and a full bath with shower/tub, two sinks. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. The second west-facing bedroom has a queen bed. There is a TV and a half bath. Both bedrooms have outside decks.

There is a large front deck with an adjacent grill area and an enclosed outdoor shower/dressing area. Beach towels are provided. Bath linens can be provided upon request. We provide mattress covers, pillows, and blankets but you will need to bring your own sheets. The acre lot is surrounded by trees keeping it private from the road and neighbors. There is also Koi ponds and and perennial gardens. The house is placed at the back of a one acre lot, and you face a large and partially wooded front yard.

You are surrounded by the National Seashore, and beaches and ponds are just minutes away. Bike riding and walking trails start right at your doorstep. A tennis court is right across the street. The private beach is a five minute walk from the house and the gorgeous public Ryder Beach is a five minute bike ride away. Provincetown and Wellfleet are minutes away, where you will enjoy world class festivities and restaurants. There is parking for two cars if front of the garage, additional safe parking available in our gravel parking area at the top of the road. The garage is not part of the rental. NO PETS OF ANY KIND OR SMOKING allowed on the property or in the residence This also includes electronic cigarettes. Max occupancy of 6.

Here you can relax and enjoy it all with your quiet time and privacy assured. The owner and her adult son live in a studio apartment below the rental with their own entrance and deck.     Cape Cod Delight!
    The house was absolutely beautiful, amazingly decorated and had every possible amenity we could ever have needed. Sandy and Zach kept to their own apartment but if we needed anything, I just knocked and asked. They even offered my family an extra day since one day during the week we were there it rained all day. The house was spotless, in a scenic area with walking distance to a beautiful private beach that we practically all week to ourselves. There is not one thing I can say negatively of our experience! It was magical and would be indeed my dream home!

    Wonderful stay, accomodations lovely and well-equipped, owners lovely and available (if needed)
    We visited Truro at the end of July and had a wonderful stay. Sandy and Zak, owners of the home, were the nicest, most accommodating hosts. Sandy and Zak have thought of everything from a well-equipped kitchen (dishes, pots/pans to basic spices), to a pint of cream and Keurig available for your first morning of arrival, liquid soaps in bathrooms, beach towels, beach toys and chairs if needed. They were available if you needed something (which we didn't). The entrance to the rental house is totally independent from the owner's area. The home was impeccably clean, well equipped with all one would need (if you need sheets/towels request this for a small fee) it's well worth it!), and most importantly a comfortable home to hang out in. The home was spacious. There is a gas grill area with outdoor seating on a deck and an outdoor fire pit. The outdoor shower is private, clean, new and beautiful. The private tennis court is across the street as pictured and the beautiful private (!) beach a 3 minute walk from the home. Parking was not an issue at all. I would recommend this home to anyone interested in renting in Truro. The private beach is beautiful, the home lovely, with on road established accessible bike routes. Restaurants nearby as well as Provincetown and Wellfleet. The Cape Cod Bike Path is nearby in Wellfleet and Provincetown.
