My boyfriend, our 6 month old and I stayed at Mylan's property in August of 2022 and we could not speak more highly of it! The location is perfect, across from the bay (the breezes were constant!) and a short drive to both Truro beaches and Provincetown. There was more than enough room for the three of us and the rental had any amenity we may have needed. An added bonus was the Days' Market next door, we had amazing food from there on several nights. This is a hidden gem! First, the host, Mylan, is so helpful, friendly and chock full of Cape recommendations - all amazing! Water views, impeccable clean, very comfortable! Full kitchen, huge deck with a comfy sectional, and oh those Cape breezes! The apartment has a cross breeze that is just perfect. The new Day's cottage store/deli has cappuccinos and scones! Lobster rolls for dinner!
This is a perfect vacation getaway. Walk to the beach!

This is a long overdue review for an incredible week we had in August 2021. Mylan was a wonderful and helpful host who shared restaurant recs, beach recs, and even a sunset picnic spot. We worked from home during our week here and loved that we could walk across to the beach inbetween meetings and to swim after the work day ended. Also very close to the state park beaches which was perfect for when we wanted bigger waves. All the dining and night life you could want is a few minutes away from the house in ptown. It was the perfect location, and our dogs loved it too.

WFH note: wifi worked great for two of us. We had no connection issues at all. I would bring extra fans as it gets hot in late august during sunny afternoons (on those unfortunate days we were in meetings instead of at the beach). show more show less

Just stayed here for a week with my boyfriend and my dog. We loved it! Amazing location and easy access to a private beach. Days market and deli is literally steps away and I swear we got food from there at least once a day, haha. I couldn't recommend this place more.

We were looking for a small apartment for a quick week-long vacation in Provincetown and stumbled upon this listing. It was perfect for the two of us and our two small dogs. The deli downstairs was an added bonus. The food was delicious and it was convenient to run downstairs to pick up a bite, a drink or a coffee.

Mylan and Pamela were friendly and available at the deli for any questions we had. The apartment has been mostly updated and we enjoyed the constant breeze off of the water. At the time of check-out, Mylan walked through with us and refunded our pet deposit an hour later. I've had to wait two weeks for the deposit to be refunded when going through VRBO. This is a clean and cozy apartment, with plenty of closet space. The two of us had plenty of room.

Kitchen is decently stocked for a small group - sink, stove, microwave, fridge, 10-cup coffee maker, pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls. There is also an outdoor patio with grill. There is a bathroom with a full tub and exhaust fan.

There is no A/C, but the bay breezes were almost constant. There are plenty of windows too. You get a view of the dunes from the back and the ocean from the front. It is just across the street from Cape Cod Bay, with convenient beach access. Day's cabins have private beaches up by the cabins, but once you get down below their seawall, you can wander the beach freely. There are clear spots and sea-weedy spots along the beach. There are no tidal flats to walk here like at other bay beaches. The sunsets were beautiful.

There is not a dedicated parking spot, but parking in the Day's lot was never a problem. The market closes at 7 pm, and it gets nice and quiet at night. The traffic during the day does not distract from the quaint charm of the area.

Days Market and Deli has good food and reasonable prices. We recommend the Moroccan Lobster Roll. The market is well stocked with quality food. Vegetarian options are available at the deli and the market.

Owners are friendly and are very knowledgeable about the area (born and raised in Provincetown).
They work in the Market from morning 'til night, so they are always available if you need something. show more show less

My husband and I just spent two weeks at this cozy beachside property and couldn't have had a better time! From sunset walks on the beach just outside our door, to picking up fresh fish at the Cape Tip seafood market and barbecuing in the charming (and fenced-in) backyard, to falling asleep listening to the ocean waves, this apartment was a perfect find and offered us exactly the vacation we needed!

Mylan and Pamela are gracious hosts, who made themselves available to answer questions as they arose and provide tips to guide our stay. They own an organic market downstairs that offers everything you could need - lobster rolls for lunch, toiletries you forgot to pack, wine and mixers, etc. We particularly loved going down there in the mornings for iced coffee and delicious breakfast options (including freshly squeezed OJ, açaí bowls and breakfast sandwiches). The apartment itself was immaculately clean when we arrived and has all the essentials - a fully stocked kitchen, a smart TV, and views of the beach!

The property is less than 10 minutes to Provincetown, Truro winery, beautiful hikes and bike rides through the sand dunes, and Herringcove Beach (our favorite pet-friendly national seashore bayside spot). We'll definitely be back, and thank you for a wonderful (and much needed) vacation!

Beautiful recently updated 1 BR Apartment right across from the beach and conveniently attached to the iconic Days Market & Deli. Master bedroom has a large comfortable bed, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi style bathtub, and a walk-in closet with a twin size bed. Plenty of parking including 1 garage spot available as an add on. Property is steps from the beach and sleeps 3 comfortably. Would highly recommend this apartment and Mylan!
