This is our favorite place on earth. Large and airy - with a huge master bedroom/bath on the top floor, two ample bedrooms on the main floor off the great living room, and two other bedrooms (perfect for kids - bunks!) on the lower level - it's great for two families who want to vacation together. Modern kitchen, eat in dining room, large deck off the back, small pond in the yard, reading porch on the side, outdoor shower, air conditioning - you name it.

And beyond the basic amenities, the house has a quick walk/access to a private (bayside) beach, and is a 3 minute drive to the ocean side. 8 Miles from the Provincetown line. It's quiet and peaceful and, well, an escape. Your blood pressure will drop as soon as you enter - we guarantee it.

    I am one of three girls, from the Boston area, who rented on the Cape for YEARS with our parents. As each of us got married and had children, we found ourselves looking for more and more space and further up the Cape. We fell in love with Truro, and about a decade ago we wound up buying our home with my mother. We vacation there during the summer, as well as rent it out. It's the most peaceful place in the world and we couldn't feel more lucky to not only have it - but to share it.

    What is special about this property?
    Between the spacious living area, the back deck, the pond (with water feature) and the screened in porch, this home has it all. Not to mention the short walk to the private beach and the quick drive to the oceanside - it's truly perfect for a getaway.

    What is special about your town?
    Having the bayside beach (perfect for little ones) and the ocean side beaches (with great waves, etc.) within minutes is, frankly, unbeatable. Truro is quiet and peaceful, and Provincetown is minutes away (great dining, nightlife, etc.). The best of both worlds.
