We had a great time hosting a multigenerational vacation in this home. Its location to other outer Cape towns and the easy walk to the beach was terrific. Sandy and Jim were super responsive and offered a very warm welcome to the home. The home itself is perfect - clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. The roof deck was nice bonus, allowing us to star gaze on clear, crisp nights. Highly recommend this home and hosts!

Wow. What a delightful stay. The owners thought of absolutely everything, and the home itself was pristine. It is in immaculate condition. It felt newly constructed and had every amenity one could want: a view of sunsets, a big back deck, an awesome grill, a wonderful outdoor shower, a well-stocked kitchen, lots of beach chairs, charming landscaping, a 5-minute walk to a private Bay beach, and peace and quiet. The location was excellent and we had a fantastic stay. We've stayed in 5 or 6 different rentals over 25 years of Truro visits and this one ticked all the boxes. show more show less

This very lovely home was perfect for my family vacation. It is spacious, light filled and beautifully furnished and decorated. We particularly enjoyed the furnished deck and grill, lovely screened in porch and roof deck. The main bedroom and bath is on the first floor with three bedrooms and a second large bath on the second floor. There is a half bath with a laundry room and outside shower. In addition there is a large living room, dining area and kitchen, and an additional sitting room. The owners provided everything we needed, we opted to rent linens from the local service. The association beach is a short walk with option to drive to the entrance, and we spent a lot of time there, it is a beautiful bayside beach. Easy to get to the local grocery, Provincetown, Truro Vineyards, and many great places to eat. I highly recommend! The owners could not have been more helpful and welcoming. show more show less

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was clean and nicely appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bay side beach was a short walk away and the national seashore was a short drive. We had an amazing trip and would highly recommend this home.

My family has been vacationing on the Outer Cape for 18+ years, but this was our first time at this lovely home. The home is exactly as depicted, only better. It's tasteful, well-cared for, uncluttered, and lacking nothing. We had everything we needed and wanted but mostly just loved the feel of the home. It's truly cozy, comfortable and spacious. The beds were all super comfortable, there were plenty of outlets for chargers, coasters all over the place, everything was just perfect! I actually found myself getting up early every morning just so I could open all the doors and enjoy the breeze and the lovely surroundings before anyone else was up. It was my quiet time to do a little work (there's a little desk that was perfect!) and then have my coffee, read, relax, etc. before heading to the beaches. Well actually, in this case, shops, the Vineyard, Chequessett Chocolate shop, restaurants...as our weather was less than ideal. Regardless, we still had a fabulous week (we did manage plenty of beach time actually - especially at Longnook, right nearby, the world's best beach!!), in large part due to staying here!! We loved it so much. I hate to give away the secret! But you can't go wrong here for a perfect North Truro stay. It's only ten minutes to Provincetown and you have Terra Luna right around the corner, and Salty's Market and (and C. Chocolate! and Ice cream!) right down the road. The rooftop is novel, with wonderful views, the back deck houses the wonderful outdoor shower and a great grill. We all loved the sunroom and spent a lot of time out there. This was the perfect vacation home! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed and then some. From the scene-stealing views from the rooftop deck to the sweet note and cookies—we felt much more like house guests than renters. We definitely hope to return to Truro and would love to rent this gorgeous home again!

The house is beautifully decorated, has everything you need. All in good working order. Very comfortable. High quality throughout. Very thoughtful owners, who are available 24/7 and clearly care about the house & your comfort. Great location, near P-town, beautiful beaches & restaurants. We have rented for 2 summers and plan on coming back. Lovely home.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week at Sandy's house. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the bayside beach and extremely peaceful and quiet. The house itself is fantastic and roomy, with lovely, comfortable furniture, a huge deck and a fabulous roof deck. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. and there is a great gas grill. We enjoyed cooking and grilling dinner so much that we barely ate out --though Provincetown is just a short trip. We enjoyed going to the beach at sunset and stargazing on the roof deck. No better way to end the day!

If you are planning a trip to the outer Cape, I would highly recommend Sandy's home. You will not be disappointed. show more show less
