Walk to the private association beach just 4/10 of a mile from this spacious home in a lovely and tranquil North Truro neighborhood. This comfortable retreat has everything for a relaxing beach vacation, surrounded by the natural beauty of Truro.

There is room for everyone to gather, as well as to spread out and have their own space. The first floor includes an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen, as well as a light-filled sun room and an additional sitting room with a second entry and a slider to the large back deck. The living room is open to the second floor hall above, and has a 65 inch smart tv for you to stream movies/shows. The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a breakfast bar, a pantry closet, plenty of cookware, dishes and glassware, and a Sonos speaker so you can enjoy your favorite music while cooking and dining. The dining area is furnished with a handsome West Barnstable table, made from reclaimed antique wood. There is a large mini split AC unit in the living room to take the edge off on hot days. The house does not have central AC, but the mini split does adequately cool the first floor and will slightly cool upstairs as well if bedroom doors are left open. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, as well as the living room, sitting room and the sunroom.

The first floor primary bedroom (queen) has an ensuite bath with double sinks, a jetted tub and separate shower. A half bath with laundry is also located on the first floor.

On the second floor there are 3 additional bedrooms (2 with queens and one with 2 twins). Having 4 bedrooms, our home is perfect for families with teens or adults who prefer not to share a bedroom. There is also a full bath with a tub/shower. In the twin bedroom, a door leads out to a small deck and spiral staircase up to the roof deck where there is a panoramic view of the water over the treetops. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy a cold beverage after a day at the beach, watch the sunset, or stargaze on a clear night. The view of the milky way is amazing!

There is a large, private deck behind the house, complete with a teak dining table and chairs, a Weber gas grill and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Watch the birds in the wooded backyard or pick blueberries and raspberries in the yard in season.

It's a 7 minute walk to the private bay beach and a 5 minute ride (1.7 miles) to Head of the Meadow Beach on the Atlantic side. It's only a 10 minute drive to the bustling shops, restaurants and galleries of Provincetown. Also nearby are Truro Vineyards, North Truro Village (Salty Market, Captain’s Choice restaurant and Chequessett Chocolate), Highland Lighthouse, the Highland Links golf course, the Payomet Performing Arts Center and best of all, some of the most beautiful beaches on Cape Cod.

Please note: We are limiting occupancy to 6 people, including children.

Please, no pets, no smoking. Linens/towels are not provided, but we can provide referrals for linen rentals if desired. We do provide beach chairs.
