''Dune Haus'' is a modern, classic 3 BR/2BA Cape Cod beachfront home adjacent to Cold Storage Beach. 150’ of Cold Storage Beach is accessed via short path (no steps as in many other Truro homes on bluff).

Large airy main living room leads to deck and outdoor seating area with views from Wellfleet to Provincetown. Amazing endless sunsets. Living room has 2 sofas, a fireplace and a built in window seat for afternoon naps. A bathroom and master bedroom is also on this level. There is a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. A ladder reaches to a cool loft to hang out in.

The back door leads to the expansive and private deck at the base of a sand dune. On the lower level there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and living room area. There is a smart TV on each level. Washer/dryer on first floor also.

Conveniently down the road is a small market, a chocolate shop, a vineyard with wine tastings and several restaurants. Coast Guard Beach (Truro) is a short ride, as is Highland Golf, Payomet Theatre, Truro Lighthouse (MIB), You can bicycle (included with house) there too! Provincetown is a ten minute ride, Wellfleet is 15 minutes.

This is a quiet and private area with few neighbors and unobstructed views over Cape Cod bay. The only requirement are your own bed linens (sheets and pillowcases). Thank you for your interest.
