This secluded 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is nestled in the pines of North Truro. The home is surrounded by fruit trees and fruit and flowering bushes. Sit outside on the patio and enjoy the summer breezes or rest comfortably in the air conditioned house. Wherever you choose to hang out, there is strong WIFI available.

The Highland House is within walking distance to Highland Light, Highland Golf Links, Coast Guard Beach (.5 miles) and close to Cold Storage Beach (1.5 miles). You will have access to the attached garage while staying with us.

If you choose to go explore the hustle and bustle of Provincetown you can wave down the shuttle into Provincetown at the end of the driveway. Truro Vineyards is also located less than a mile away.

The large kitchen is perfect for cooking or entertaining. It is well-appointed, including a lobster pot complete with claw crackers. The living space is open concept, allowing for the ability to entertain or just relax. There is a ramp to one of the doors that allows wheelchair accessibility.

The master bedroom is upstairs along with a dedicated bathroom with shower. It also has a Juliet balcony complete with a bistro set to enjoy the quiet moments, look at the lighthouse and listen for the ocean. One of the downstairs bedrooms has a king bed and the other has two twin beds. The king sized bedroom has a wheelchair-accessible doorway and the bathroom downstairs is wheelchair accessible. The downstairs shower is roll-in accessible.

There is a pool table in basement for your use. Paperwork provided for you to purchase a local beach parking pass.

The property is non-smoking. There are security cameras on property, but they are not active when tenants are present. read more show less
