This private home sits on an acre of land and is nestled among the unspoiled bluffs the Outer Cape is famous for. It's well known architect meticulously designed the house with Cape Cod light at the forefront so you can take in the beautiful vistas and soak up the natural light anytime of day. The main floor features an open-floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, plenty of counter space, large dining room and half bath. The inviting living room awaits with new furniture, a TV and plenty of room to gather. Snuggle up with your morning coffee in one of the sun nook chairs or head out to the main wrap around deck with cozy rocking chairs and a full dining table.

The spacious primary bedroom boasts a Tempur-Pedic king bed, all new furniture, large walk in closet, and newly renovated en-suite bath with soaking tub, marble shower and Kohler bidet toilet. Its double slider leads out to a beautiful side deck with comfortable seating and large outdoor cedar shower, perfect for rinsing off after the beach or morning your walk around the neighborhood.

Downstairs two more well appointed bedrooms each with new queen beds, large closets and plenty of floor space. Both rooms have their own private slider which leads to the ground floor deck. There you’ll find another great gathering spot that is covered from the elements and a cozy hammock. The ground floor also boasts a full laundry room, expansive pantry and second full bath with newly renovated shower, bidet toilet and linen closet.

Finally, the most cherished space on the third floor awaits you. Here, you’ll discover the catwalk with intimate seating, perfect for starting and ending your sun-filled days. Step out onto the third-floor deck to savor the sublime views of Cape Cod Bay and the abundant scenic beauty that surrounds you.

Guests will have full access to the entire 3,000 sq ft. house, with the exception of one closet and the detached garage.

The property is fully air conditioned with mini splits in all rooms, multi-level ceiling fans and WiFi throughout. There is a no pet policy and a 7-night minimum during high season is required. Rentals occur Saturday to Saturday.
