The shingled cottage offers three bedrooms (a queen, a double, and a twin) and a living room with a dining area featuring a beadboard ceiling, a ceiling fan, and a TV, which opens to the deck where outdoor dining, chairs, and a gas grill are available.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, and a nice bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower. Brand new stackable washer/dryer tucked out of sight.
There are Beach chairs for when you head to the beach. A five-minute walk, as is Savory and Sweet Escape(breakfast, lunch, pizza, ice cream!); Truro Central Village is close by, offering Hillside Farm Market, Fullers Liquors, Cape Tip Seafood Market, and The Box Lunch serving breakfast and lunch. Sandy Great Hollow Beach on Cape Cod Bay is at the end of the road; ocean beaches, Highland Golf, Highland Light, Payomet Performing Arts, Montano's Restaurant, Millan's Restaurant and Provincetown are easy to drive from the cottage as is Atlantic Spice Company, Truro Vineyards (gift shop, wine tasting, and food truck), Salty Market, Kung Fu Dumpling and Captains Choice restaurant. There is a tennis court, a play area, and a basketball court.
