1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with queen sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, air conditioner/heat units new in 2026, washer/dryer, and a newly renovated bathroom in 2026 with a tiled walk in shower. Towels, linens, paper products, etc., are provided. Kitchen is stocked with all the basics as well as spices and condiments. There are also many games, books and puzzles available for your use. Just bring your bathing suits and relax!

Located just 2 miles from Provincetown in North Truro, with views of Pilgrim Lake from the front and Cape Cod Bay from the private back deck. You can pick up the bus into Provincetown in front of the building. Walk to the private bay beach on the property or enjoy all that the National Seashore has to offer. We are close to hiking and biking trails. You can canoe, kayak and paddleboard in the bay or golf at Highland Links all in Truro.

Enjoy great meals at any of the fantastic restaurants just a short distance away in Truro, Wellfleet and Provincetown. The possibilities are endless!

    Five Stars All-around
    5 stars for cleanliness - immaculate is more like it. 5 stars for great location - easy bike ride into PTown. 5 stars for friendly neighbors. 5 stars for amazing deck overlooking water and views of PTown. 5 stars for being well-stocked with basics (we didn't have to run out for toilet paper or ketchup, unlike some other rentals we've done). 5 stars for being just the right size for a couple. 5 stars for comfort and amenities (the telescope was a nice surprise during the lunar eclipse super harvest moon). Honestly, our only complaint was the weather at the end of the week - which the owner obviously has no control over. But even during a late summer Nor'easter, this rental gets a cozy 5 stars. We would stay here again and would recommend this to friends and family (and to people reading this review too).

    Absolutely wonderful!
    We stayed for a week in late July and everything was just wonderful! The property is lovely and appointed with beautiful, high quality materials from top to bottom, well stocked with everything you could need during your stay, and impeccably clean. It was like staying at the home of a family member rather than a rental. The view is gorgeous over the bay and you can catch spectacular sunsets. Truro is a quiet area for those seeking a peaceful stay, but also just minutes from the bustle and activities of both PTown and Wellfleet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn't recommend this property more highly.

    THE PERFECT WATERFRONT CONDO!
    From the moment we set foot into the condo we were impressed and very happy with the condo and the location. The water view is breath taking. This condo is in pristine condition, tastefully decorated, with all of the amenities you need for your vacation. The check in process and follow up communications were seamless. We highly recommend this condo for your Cape vacation. We'll be back!
