The home is magnificent and private. All there are windows for days close the shades and fade away into a quiet day or night with the sounds of the water and beach.

If you have a boat we have a deep water mooring in front of the home, a boat launch and marina in walking distance.

The home is walkable to town and restaurants. It is also accessible to major destinations like Boston, Providence, Marthas Vineyard, Nantucket, Outer Cape, Newport and Marion. The town is centrally located and you do not have to deal with bridge traffic.
