We all want easy in our lives when on vacation. This house was "easy". It has everything to help you relax or be active. Two of the area beaches are only 15 minutes away. The beach sticker allowed easy access. The beach chairs, towels and umbrellas are waiting for you.
Two Major shopping plazas minutes away with all the major box stores. The home owner was available via phone or text or email for any issues which were zero.
This was our second stay at this house in two years and amazingly clean both times. The finished basement with big seating & large TV allowed everyone a chance for some privacy.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Paul & Lee's beautiful home. The home had all the essentials and was super clean. The kids enjoyed the basement large TV for movies at night. The host were just wonderful to deal with prior to our stay as well as when we had a quick question. The location was "new" to us and we explored the area visiting great local restaurants and taking a boat ride up the canal out of Onset which was extremely informative and fun for all. We recommend this as a great relaxing family stay.

This picturesque Cape Cod home was a dream come true! Spacious, well decorated, CLEAN, comfortable, and absolutely beautiful. Everything is fresh & well organized. You can tell that the hosts were uncompromising when it came to furnishing and decorating this property! The kitchen has everything you need and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hosts were also very responsive should you need anything or have any questions. We will definitely stay here again as the location is ideal and private & secluded & safe. The sunsets at the beach are 10/10 - SO colorful! We would sit with our cocktails on the swing bench and relax - it was so serene.

It is such a beautiful light and airy home! Well decorated to add to the calmness of the quiet neighborhood and lovely water views. It was clean and everything is in great working order! Lots of games and puzzles a play area in basement for younger kids, which is always nice! Homeowners were wonderful, attentive but not intrusive! We had a houseful and there was plenty of room for all! Thank you so much!

Perfect Vacation home

This is a beautiful vacation home with everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful views from the little beach. The house is close to a grocery store which made it easy to pop out to get something that was needed. It was a great location for us to visit Fall River, New Bedford, Sandwich, and Plymouth. There are a lot of great restaurants near by and Paul and Lee were great in providing restaurant recommendations. It was great working with them.

Wow ! Time away with your family is always precious and arriving at a magnificent holiday home, which is meticulously maintained, with attention to detail, quality furnishings, spotless, extremely comfortable beds, with high quality linen, spacious bedrooms and living area, covered back deck to enjoy the outdoors, regardless of the weather and enclosed garden for children. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul, who takes pride in every aspect of your stay. Close to water, near great beaches and quality restaurants with good food. Thank you Paul for making our stay a holiday to remember. We will be back !

I cannot express how much I enjoyed my stay here. The house was very cute and well decorated; really got everyone in the beachy mood. The quiet neighborhood was a perfect escape from the city and the neighbors were all exceedingly friendly. There are several great beach options nearby as well as a cute golf course that we tried. I will definitely be returning soon!!

The photos of the home do not do it justice. Once there in person we were so incredibly happy with how lovely the home is. The owners thought of everything when preparing this house for renters. The home was immaculate and very comfortable with multiple seating areas if you are there with a larger family. The yard is lovely too, all set up for a summer BBQ with a large fenced in area in back for games as well.

The beach that the home has private access to is just wonderful, very quaint and peaceful which was just what my husband I were looking for during this short escape. I wish we had booked longer and definitely will next time. I particularly liked the little "mudroom" to the side of the main entrance. A mudroom it is not!! It has an adorable nautical theme and a little coffee/tea bar that was a nice added touch. Also has a work station for anyone who needs to have a little privacy nook for working, but still feel like on vacation and not buried away from the action.

The house is close to restaurants and the grocery store which we appreciated not being from MA and not knowing the area well. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely be repeat renters.

We stayed at this beautiful property for an extended weekend, and it could not have been more perfect! Located in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by water views, this is a lovely home to escape to.

Upon arrival, the house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and just felt so welcoming. The hosts have obviously put a great deal of thought into making their guests feel welcome: beds were incredibly comfortable, linens were top-notch, and all amenities, appliances, and conveniences were on hand, from gas grill, firepit, comfortable deck furniture, large screen tvs, washer/dryer, beach equipment, etc.

Paul checked in with us initially to make sure we reached and unlocked the house successfully, and from that point on there was nothing left to do but relax and enjoy the beautiful location. The association beach is steps away, and the sunsets over the water were a highlight of our stay. We were looking for a few days of rest and relaxation and certainly found it here.

This home was beautifully furnished- everything was freshly remodeled Great neighborhood and just a short walk to their private beach. It was also a short drive to Plymouth and Cape Cod for exploring. The owner was very helpful and communicated quickly. It had so much room and a bathroom near each bedroom. We think it is one of the best we have seen and would rent it again in a heartbeat!
