Wellfleet Beaches

Lecount Hollow Beach, Wellfleet

Wellfeet has several National Seashore beaches on the Atlantic ocean, including Cahoon Hallow Beach with the popular Beachcomber restaurant and bar overlooking the beach. Along Wellfleet Harbor and Cape Cod Bay are calmer beaches good for swimming and families with young children. Lastly, the are numerous fresh water kettle ponds offering a chance to cool off, swim or boat, without the summer crowds of the ocean beaches.

Where to get beach stickers?

Starting in mid-June, Beach Stickers are required to park at most Wellfleet Beaches between 9am - 5pm. Resident stickers are generally available starting in March. Visitors may purchase 3-day, one or two week, or a full season from the Beach Office at 255 Commercial Street, Wellfleet.

Which beaches have public parking?

During the summer season, Marconi Beach has a daily parking fee and does not accept parking stickers. Mayo Beach has public parking for free.
