Tucked away in a special quiet location that is located off West Main Street and close to the Wellfleet library you will find a classic Cape Cod summer cottage that is now available for 2 persons (sometimes 3) during the 2025 extended summer and fall seasons*. This well-tended ''housekeeping'' cottage offers an opportunity for a reasonably priced vacation in one of the Cape's most beautiful towns. The cottage is one of three cottages on the property, the other two cottages are occupied by 3 long term tenants who maintain a quiet lifestyle.

The available cottage has been fully insulated and a central ductless air cooling/heating unit was installed to provide relief from the occasional summer heat wave. There is a flat screen LCD television using a Roku device offering a variety of standard stations and premium viewing . High speed wireless internet is included as a gratuitous amenity.The cottage kitchen has a wide selection of cookware, a gas stove, a microwave oven, and a full size refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower (there is no room for a tub). And the master bedroom has a high quality queen size bed (there are also twin beds in the cottage). You would need to bring linens and towels, hand soaps, beach chairs, and paper goods.

The cottage is located about 1 mile from the town marina and the Mayo Beach area. You would probably want to use a car to get to Wellfleet ponds and ocean beaches.

Rentals shorter than 1 week may be available in September 2025. (Ask about a possible 32 day rental free of the local short term rental tax charge. ) ...............

The owner has been a member of the Wellfleet Chamber of Commerce since 1993, and has rented the cottages starting 2004. I have never had a complaint made , either
