Vacationing in this private suite is a bit like having your own in-town apartment. Nestled into the second floor of one of Wellfleet's historic ship captains' homes, the one bedroom suite* has its own entrance, a full kitchen and bath. While it is a very short walk to the Wellfleet library, and to the galleries and restaurants in town, the suite is in a quiet residential neighborhood that is removed from summer's heightened downtown activity.

The 3-room suite/apartment is quiet and cozy. The bedroom contains a king size bed, a full size sofa and an easy chair. An intentional effort was made to make this main room comfortable and not too fussy. Other amenities include high speed wireless internet access, an HD television with a Roku device, and a multi- region DVD player. A window air conditioner in the bedroom can be used when the window fans would not be sufficient..

The eat-in kitchen retains a casual country feeling. It was set up with your every day cooking and dining needs in mind. The full bath has a combined tub/shower, and there are always extra towels. All linens are fragrance free.

The town marina and the Mayo Beach area are about a one mile walk. You would probably want to have a bicycle or car to get to other beaches.

And,
-There is an outside exclusive use seating area, and a new gas Weber grill.
-The unit has been pet free since at least 1990.
-The apartment is a smoke free accommodation.
-Ask about laundry options for longer stays.

130 West Main Street is a quiet owner-occupied home. Your privacy is always respected.
I have been renting this suite/apartment since 1992. I have never had a complaint. I have been a member of the Wellfleet Chamber of Commerce since 1993 .

*NEW: A second bedroom is available for an additional small fee for guests who want separate rooms ( If you do not include it, the optional extra room it will remain unoccupied while you are in residence.)
Note: Your inclusion of the second bedroom does not change the 2 person limit in the suite.
