Description

Absolutely lovely home on a quiet sandy lane in Wellfleet. 300 yards to Chipman's Cove. Fantastic sunsets over Wellfleet Harbor and Chipman's Cove. Indian Neck beach 8/10 of a mile, ocean beaches and ponds 5 min. away. This lovely home has a large private yard, sun drenched deck, private outdoor shower. Cathedral ceilings and skylites brighten up living room, kitchen and sunroom. Modern gourmet kitchen has corian counter tops and designer maple cabinets. Bright master bedroom w/private jacuzzi bath/shower. Great farmer's porch for those early morning coffees or just relaxing in the afternoon and evening. Our home has many windows for cross ventilation, and for those hot summer days it is fully air-conditioned. Very tastefully decorated and plenty of games, CDs and books for our guests to enjoy. Please, no smoking and pets are not allowed. We have beach chairs and umbrellas for our guest to use.
