Delphi Path, in Wellfleet, is a heavily wooded street which ends at a sandy road that leads down to Duck Pond. Our 2008 home is at the end of the Delphi Path cul-de-sac on the sandy road which borders the National Seashore conservation area. The home is one of the closest houses to Duck Pond and only about 2 miles from the Beachcomber at Cahoon’s Hollow Beach. It is also only about a 2-3 mile drive to the center of town and harbor. This new house sleeps 6 people (with 1 king and 4 twin beds) in 3 bedrooms. The 2 upstairs twin beds easily push together to make a king size bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress. It also has one bath and a large deck. The high cathedral ceiling in the living/kitchen area has 2 sliders and windows above which face south giving a maximum of sunshine year round. The huge 28' x 14' deck also faces south and has a 7 piece patio set and a gas grill. This home is the perfect vacation spot and is not only close to the beaches and shopping areas but provides you with a quiet location to relax and enjoy the surrounding conservation area. Our home is approximately 650 yards to Duck Pond, 2 miles to Cahoon's Hollow and almost 3 miles to the center of town and the harbor.
