What a wonderful home LouAnne has. The location is perfect with a hidden gem of a beach and the pool is just amazing. We had such a great time. LouAnne was a great, communicative host.

First I Would like to say that Louanne the owner of the property is AMAZING! She really cares about your stay and she wants everyone to have the best time and we did! Louanne checked in by email during the week we stayed and she was great! I stayed with my husband and 2 kids and we brought our dog! The yard is completely fenced in and huge! The pool was HUGE and it was the perfect temperature the entire week! It was so refreshing! There is a deep end and shallow end. The picture does no justice, the pool really is HUGE! If you plan on coming here you will not need to buy pool floats. Louanne has the pool stocked with at least 10-15 different types of floats and some pool noodles. But if you want to use your own floats there is an outdoor outlet right by the back stairs to blow up your floats. I love how the pool guy came twice while we were there to check the chlorine levels and make sure the pool was functioning properly (which it did). He was very nice and considerate of us being there. He asked both times if he minded if he checked the chlorine. Even if you're swimming in the pool which we were when he came, you won't even know he is there. It was great!

The layout of the house is awesome! The deck is right in the center of the house and you can access it from just about any where. The grill worked awesome and the table and chairs on the deck and the gravity chair by the pool were so comfortable. There is an enclosed outdoor shower right next to the pool. This was so convenient because a few days we went to Marconi beach early in the morning and came back, rinsed off the sand in the outdoor shower, and swim in the pool for the rest of the afternoon.

The kitchen was equipped with EVERYTHING you would need to cook. The only thing I needed to get from the store when we stayed was the food. Everything worked perfectly. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and plenty of detergent. The living room has a new sectional couch with plenty of seating. Each bedroom comes with an AC and there is an AC in the living room as well. She also has fans there for anyone to use. When we stayed it was too hot for the beach 2 days the pool is the BEST. You also have access to the outside hose to rinse anything down. If you want to go to the beach but not a crowded National Seashore beach there are AWESOME bay beaches down the street, quiet and secluded within walking distance. Indian Neck Beach, Mayo Beach, Breakwater beach are right down the road. Marconi beach is 5-8 minutes away. Wellfleet Market is right down the road about 7 minutes away, Dunkin Donuts is about 3 and PB Boulangerie is 5 min away.

We had such a great time! Louanne really cares about your stay and just her hospitality alone makes me want to rent again next summer, which I plan on doing.

My kids has a blast and even my dog who normally doesn't get to run freely in our yard had a great time!

Due to the COVID-19 you will need to bring your own sheets and pillow cases but there were plenty of new clean pillows on every bed. There is a TV in the living room with cable live TV, Netflix, access to Apple TV, Hulu, and anything you need. The Wifi was great. There is also a TV in the master bedroom with all the same networks and live TV if you choose. There is a sliding door to the porch in the master bedroom. There is plenty of closet and drawer space in both bedrooms. In the 2nd bedroom there is plenty of room, a queen bed and 2 twin beds. You could even fit a blow up mattress too.

At night I recommend using 1 door to enter and exit the deck but only when dark. There weren't many mosquitoes which was good. There are awesome lights around the top of the house surrounding the porch and awesome color changing lights in the pool. Which you can turn on or off. Some small updates need to be made but this place was AWESOME! We will definitely be back next summer. I already reser show more show less

We had a great stay in Wellfleet. This property was perfect for family and our little dog. The kitchen & laundry room were well stocked & modern & The location was perfect- close to town & a short walk on private path to private beautiful bay beach or Indian Neck public beach at end of road. Loved the enclosed deck & yard & the pool was definitely a bonus. Very private & quiet neighborhood.

We were pleased to be able to stay here Labor Day week.The location was perfect, isolated, yet close to everything in charming Wellfleet: restaurants, galleries and beautiful beaches on the ocean and on the bay. The house provided every amenity: updated appliances, a bountiful supply of towels, new chaises and even an in ground pool. The atrium area allowed for privacy and was a great area for dining and grilling. If previous tenants had issues with this property, they were certainly taken care of before our arrival. There were phone numbers on the fridge in case we needed anything—but we never had to use them. If you need a vacation, you should stay here in Wellfleet! show more show less

I have stayed at this house in Wellfleet on and off for the last 5 years. Since I am a Nurse Practitioner, I really value my vacations. I wish I had found this house many years ago because I love it. The first thing I noticed about the house, besides its cute appearance, was that it was clean, neat, orderly, and well taken care of. The furniture was comfortable and in great condition. I found everything I needed in the kitchen and in all other areas of the house. The house feels very private. It’s nestled among trees, yet it is very close to the beach. When you are swimming in the very big pool, you feel like no one is near you, since it is surrounded by a fenced in yard.

I enjoyed the outdoor shower and lounging by the pool when I wasn’t at the nearby beach. There is a table and chairs in a courtyard type of area that overlooks the pool. It was very pleasant enjoying meals out there. The house is also very close to some stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. It was very convenient to everything. I can’t wait to stay here again. I arrived at the Wellfleet rental in CapeCod and was pleasantly surprised to see the welcoming atmosphere.As a retired school administrator, I value my vacations. The kitchen was well equipped and had a filtered water system, and the livingroom was very comfortable and cozy. The bedrooms had everything I needed. I loved that the one bedroom had a queen and two twin beds. The WiFi was strong and easy to access.
There was a beautiful outdoor atrium and we enjoyed our dinners there. The pool area was phenomenal. It is a very big pool in a fenced in yard with plenty of chairs. It was beautiful during the day, and it was gorgeous at night, with the lights illuminating the water.
The property is close to the beaches. My favorite Burton Baker Beach. I loved the restaurants, coffee shops and small stores which are very near to the house. I have enjoyed staying at this property for the last six years and found the owner, LouAnne, to be friendly and easy to communicate with.She is helpful and answered all of the questions. I would recommend this hidden gem to anyone who wants to be on the Cape. show more show less

This was a VERY clean and wonderful rental property-- LouAnne was absolutely fabulous, and she helped us with all of our questions. The unit was very comfy and cozy, and the rooms were bigger than we thought. All of the appliances were excellent, and we loved that the home came fully 'stocked' (towels, bedsheets, BBQ grill, dishes, coffeemaker, etc.). The neighborhood was very nice and peaceful, and the pool was great-- loved that pool toys were provided :) Overall, we highly recommend this property as it was everything we were looking for in a rental home, and more! show more show less
