My family used to own different houses on Indian Neck, (1970s!) and we have been renting for many years since they were sold. Mary Pat's wonderful cottage was probably the most comfortable place we have rented here! Despite being called a cottage, she and her family have turned it into a home. It is tastefully renovated and decorated, which makes it feel spacious. We are very impressed that it is so well supplied with whatever one might think of. And thank you for the paper supplies too, that is rare to have and very generous. Mary Pat quickly answered any questions. What also is glorious here is the patio out front, where the light is very special, the breeze is perfect, the chairs very comfortable, and the views spectacular. We were able to bird watch from the patio and even enjoyed seeing red foxes stroll by. You literally could stay right here to enjoy the feel of the cape but the beach is an easy walk taking only a minute or so. This beach has huge tidal flats to entertain, and at high tide it is a nice place to swim. This location always has been our first choice, and I can't imagine anyone being disappointed staying here! A Perfect Summer Escape in Wellfleet

We had the most relaxing and memorable stay at this cozy summer cottage in Wellfleet! The location is absolutely ideal — perched just above a beautiful bay beach with stunning views and direct access. Waking up each morning was pure magic as we enjoyed our coffee with the peaceful water view.

The cottage itself is charming, clean, and thoughtfully stocked — perfect for a Cape Cod getaway. It has just the right mix of comfort and coastal character, with enough space to unwind after a day at the beach.

One of our favorite features is the outdoor shower — there's nothing quite like rinsing off the salt and sand while gazing up at the stars. It added a little bit of magic and made every evening feel special.

There's so much to do nearby! We loved being minutes from Wellfleet's quaint town center, with its unique shops, local restaurants, and lively farmer's market. We also took advantage of the nearby pickleball courts for some active fun. Plus, Provincetown is just a short drive away — perfect for a day trip filled with great food and eclectic shops. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this spot has it all. We're already dreaming of coming back next summer!

Bring back clams for steaming. Bring your bikes and kayaks.Enjoy the shops and restaurants of quintessential Wellfleet or for more excitement head to Provincetown. My husband and I stayed for a wonderful week in September. The forecast for our dates looked worrisome with Hurricane Lee in the Atlantic. But fortunately the storm moved east and we were treated to beautiful sunsets and lovely weather. The owner was kind and considerate with our concerns and went out of her way to accommodate us.

Indian Neck is one of the most beautiful areas on the Cape. We plan to return next year.

This is our third year renting this lovely place. It's a comfortable two bedroom with a kitchen that's well stocked with equipment, an oudoor gas grill, good air conditioning, an indoor and outdoor shower, and a cozy living room. But what makes it amazing is the view from many windows and from the deck: Hiawatha Bay. It's mesmerizing to sit at the round table on the deck under the umbrella and look at the water change throughout the day. Flocks of sea birds come and go. At low tide you can watch the shellfish harvesters come and go, and take a beautiful two mile walk around the Indian Neck shore. At high tide you can walk in flip flops down to the beach and take a swim in the clean bay water. We love this place and will come back next year. And the owner is very responsive if any questions come up. show more show less

The cottage is perfect. We knew it would be wonderful, but we did not expect it would be simply flawless. It is so good to get back to the area! The weather brought us a few surprises, but we survived them with pleasure, in the safety and deep comfort of your cottage. And, I cannot thank you enough for leaving such a big stock of suppliers for us. We are looking forward to returning next summer!

This cabin has been our home away from home for many years. We keep coming back because the spot is one-in-million. Steps from the bay beach, with a beautiful view of daily sunsets, the water and nearby tidal marsh.

There's always a breeze blowing making the deck a perfect place to sit and read a book watch the sailboats, or take a nap.

The cabin—which has always been meticulously well-maintained—has everything you'll need. Including strong wifi, barbecue grill and a recently renovated bathroom.
