On the way to Lieutenant Island in Wellfleet you will find this cheerful home. It offers an open kitchen, dining, living room with TV (living room can seat 4-5 guests on two chairs and oversized love seat) with sliders out to a deck space on each side of the home. The dining area has two tables that can easily accommodate everyone for mealtimes. The main level has five split A/C units – living room, dining room and each of the three bedrooms on this floor. The first bedroom has a queen bed with sliders that lead out to one of the decks. Walk down the hallway to a small bedroom with a twin bed. The third bedroom has two twins with a skylight. The bathroom on this level is a combo Tub/Shower. The downstairs walkout level has another bedroom with two twin beds, a bathroom with a stackable washer/dryer, and a shower. On this level is a "Great Room" that has a twin day bed and a twin futon (wooden frame). There is a flat screen TV in this room and sliders that lead out to a narrow deck on ground level. This quiet home on Old Salt Lane is close to the wonderful bay beaches of Lt. Island, Marconi Ocean Beach in the National Seashore, The Audubon Sanctuary, The Blue Willow Bakery, PB Boulangerie Bistro and the Drive-In Movie Theater. There is a self-draining dehumidifier on the bottom level.
