We greatly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this home. The house is virtually flawless including 2 en suite bedrooms with very comfortable beds; a very well equipped modern kitchen, spacious dining area, well-appointed living room. 2 decks with nice views, top deck has 6 person dining table and grill. And, very quiet surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable and well stocked. Plenty of room to gather. Beautiful location. Close to great restaurants and beaches. This was our 5th stay at this home. Love it!

This was our first time staying at this home and I was SO pleased! From the moment I walked through the front door, it felt like home away from home! The home was immaculate, so comfortable, spacious and very well appointed. Suzanne and Curt were absolutely wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation!

The top deck is lovely with the water view! But, my favorite place was the deck below because it is totally private and super quiet and relaxing. It was the perfect spot to get away for some quiet time to relax and enjoy a good book.

Wellfleet is our favorite vacation town on the Cape and this location was absolutely perfect! Walking distance to Mayo beach and it was so close to all of our favorite restaurants and shopping, etc.

We will definitely be back.

This is a lovely, contemporary, and comfortable property, with an open, flowing layout and large windows. The open layout of the upper floor (kitchen flowing into the breakfast and dinner dining areas and into the living room and office) merges the inside with the outside. This plus the abundance of outside decks maximizes the sense of the unique qualities of Wellfleet: an abundance of waterside and scrubland vistas minus overdevelopment. Fully equipped with modern and higher-end appliances and kitchen and dining accessories. Similar comfort level in the two bedrooms and well-appointed bathrooms. Fireplaces on both levels. Modern electronics were not overlooked either. Good wi-fi and large living room TV and sound system. The owners couldn't be nicer and more accommodating, either: Suzanne offered numerous advice on restaurants to visit and walks to take and made certain all questions were handled quickly. This house is fabulous; the photos don't do it justice. The top deck is magical, with a view of the bay and tree tops. The decks outside the bedrooms are great. Everywhere you look, there's a deck! The 2 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, are large and comfortable. The living space is expansive and the kitchen is well set up. We barely needed the central air conditioning, but it was certainly nice to know it was there. It's about a minute drive to Powers Landing, our favorite bay beach, and maybe 3 minutes to the harbor. Suzanne and Curt are wonderful to deal with- responsive, knowledgeable and so nice. It's a fabulous place in every way. show more show less

On one of the hottest weeks of the summer we stayed in this beautiful and comfortable home. We were very grateful to have the option for air conditioning when the days were consistently hot and humid.
The open floor plan enabled us to spread out between the kitchen, living room and dining room, while still feeling connected. And on a number of evenings we enjoyed sitting out on the deck, listening to the birds.
The kitchen offered plenty of counter space and utensils for a number of home cooked meals. And the grill on the deck performed splendidly! Suzanne was always available with any questions we had. My husband and I have stayed at this lovely Wellfleet home every year for several years and we love it. It's why we fly across the country from California each year. It has everything to make a Cape Cod vacation the best ever. The layout is perfect with bedrooms on the bottom floor and kitchen and living room above, allowing guests to take full advantage of the cool breezes on the decks. It's tastefully (and comfortably) decorated with abundant seating, lovely art work, the latest technology and a modern kitchen with all the appliances you need. From start to finish we loved our stay at Suzanne’s home. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and had all the amenities you would need for a summer vacation.

The location is perfect we enjoyed the views from the multi level decks and the convenience of being within walking distance to beach and fabulous restaurants. We also enjoyed only being a short ride to the bike path, which was a blast.

Suzanne was very helpful and answered any questions we had. The first thing our kids asked when we left was when we could go back! Let’s just say we enjoyed the house so much that we already booked for this Summer! show more show less

This property is located a short walk from the Wellfleet pier (think Mac's Seafood) and a longer walk into the village. Chequessett golf course is just a half mile down the road. The second floor kitchen and family room are well designed for a fun week away, and includes a back deck for dining in the sun if desired. From the time we arrive until the departure time, it is always a joy to be here. We have been coming to Wellfleet for decades and this rental is great.

My wife, teenage daughter, her friends and occasional guest have been coming to the house for 2 weeks every July for 3 years. The location is essentially perfect for us; a 10 minute walk to either Powers Landing or Mayo Beach/Wellfleet Harbor and short bike rides/long walks to great restaurants and entertainment in Wellfleet Center or National Seashore on Cape Cod Bay. ocean beaches in the Cape Cod National Seashore, beautiful freshwater kettle ponds, drive in movie theater and flea market, Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater (WHAT), Payomet Performing Arts. Everything Provincetown has to offer and more are all just a short drive away.

The house is well furnished and fully equipped (especially the kitchen) has more than all the comforts and conveniences of home, a great outdoor shower, indoor and outdoor and dining areas and two very nice decks. Suzanne and Curt do a great job of maintaining and keeping the house amazingly clean and are fabulous hosts. We highly recommend this manse and its owners. show more show less
