This 4 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath, AC'd house is well located in a wooded section of Wellfleet. Much of house's open space is centrally located on the 2nd floor and is awesome for socialization. We spent all of our inside time in this space and/or on the deck outside. The kitchen resources are abundant for cooking just about any kind of meal and the shed resources are numerous in preparation for the beach. After camping for 12 years, this is our 4th year renting on the Outer Cape and this is by far the greatest house we have stayed in. We honestly found everything we needed here. show more show less

Our family—grandfather, two parents, and two college-age boys—spent a wonderful week in this home. Most mornings started with a leisurely walk to Dyer Pond for an often private swim across the pond, followed by coffee and breakfast on the rear deck. Being on the east side of Rt. 6 made for easy access to the ponds and beaches without getting caught in traffic. The home is super clean and well-appointed with more than enough kitchen supplies and equipment for making all meals. The 2 1/2 bathrooms were a huge plus, especially after returning from a day of swimming and running around Wellfleet. show more show less

This is a wonderful property. The owners thought of everything including extra paper products. The home is comfortable & clean. We had an issue with the thermostats for the AC, there's 2 of them we found out later . Other than that everything worked great.

My party of 8 thoroughly enjoyed the home. It was newly renovated and beautifully decorated with mid century flair. The open kitchen and large dining table made it excellent for lovely dinners. Close to wellfleet and amazing ocean beaches. Highly recommend!

Great spot for a family of 5 with some extended relatives dropping in. Easy walk to Dyer pond and to PJs. Nice open living/dining area, screened in porch big enough for meals and reading, nice outdoor shower.

We have been lucky to rent this beautiful home for the last 6 years. It is a modern home with everything you need for a restful and comfortable vacation. The kitchen is well equipped for any meals you want to prepare. The home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, central air and is located in a quiet private community. Wellfleet center is a 5 minute ride where you will find amazing restaurants and a cute downtown for shopping. World class beaches top off this location for a vacation you will dream about until
