This lovely apartment is top of the line! The thoughtful high end touches like the automatic shades, HVAC units in each room allow for total comfort. We enjoyed the outdoor dining area and grill and when there was a rainy day the tv was easy to operate.

David and Donna were very responsive to requests, we felt comfortable without feeling hovered over.
I would and have already recommended this rental to family.

We've been home a week from our first stay at this cottage and we are missing being there! We found it to be exactly as it is described and photographed in the listing–clean, spacious, well-lighted, and modern. Plus, the owners, Dave and Donna, added a patio area outside with a table, umbrella and four chairs that we used to enjoy eating a couple of meals outside. We especially appreciated the well-equipped and large kitchen since we like to prepare most of our meals. Also, the cottage is situated in a quiet and private area. It's close to Mayo Beach, downtown Wellfleet and the marina. We loved the option to walk or drive to these places.
Lastly, Dave and Donna are gracious and hosts and we felt we could have contacted them for anything we needed.

We stayed here over the summer and it was a great experience. The owners are so nice and have great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Speaking of beaches, this property is close to several! Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I had a blast staying here this past August. The location is secluded and quiet, fully updated and furnished, and set atop the hill. Within walking distance of downtown as well as the beach, it was perfect for us for an August cape getaway. Would highly recommend!

I stayed at this property last August for one week. The hosts were awesome and inviting.I will be back this summer for sure.this location is close to beaches, restaurants , bars and art galleries perfect area to have fun. The accommodations are very clean and comfortable, all the amenities you ever need. A safe and quiet little honey hole. Great fishing I can't wait to get back , 5 stars for sure

I've stayed at this property several times for weekend getaways in the summer and it's always been a delight. Comfortable, clean, spacious, and a beautiful walk away from the center of Wellfleet. The neighborhood is woodsy and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The owners, Dave and Donna, are wonderful and responsive hosts. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here at the end of July and will definitely book again!

About the property:
The space is immaculate—clean sheets, spotless bathroom+shower and decorated so thoughtfully! There's a lot of natural sunlight and a couple skylights which make for excellent impromptu stargazing on a clear night, a nice added touch! The kitchenette is great for whipping up a nice lunch or dinner if you feel like staying in and there's a decent sized tv to catch all your favorite shows. Staying here is like finding a hidden gem: you're amidst all Wellfleet has to offer with the comfort and privacy of luxury living. There's also ample space for parking for multiple cars.

About the location:
This spot is walking distance from Mayo beach and several great downtown restaurants (The Pearl (which has live music) Mac's on the Pier (great ice cream!) amongst others. It's a 5 minute drive to downtown to check out the art galleries and supermarket and 10ish to get to the Oceanside beaches. show more show less

I stayed here for a week last July! The home is new within the last 5 years and the location is outstanding! You can see Cape Cod Bay from the front windows! It's a 2 min walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to downtown Wellfleet! I couldn't ask for more. The beds were extremely comfortable and there's a brand new flat screen tv in the living room. There's also central air though out the entire unit. Everything was so clean as well! I believe there's a professional cleaning company that's comes in between rentals. The owners are absolutely wonderful people and checked on me during the week to ensure I had everything I needed. The kitchen has everything you need to cook those Cape Cod lobsters or anything else! There's also a Weber Grill located just outside for your use. Thank you to the owners for their hospitality and I already have my 2023 plans made!! show more show less

This is the best place I've stayed on the Cape. It is clean, modern, and spacious. There isn't a "full" kitchen, but everything short of an oven is available. And who doesn't want to just grill in the summer anyway? Also, it is in a wonderful location: secluded down a long private driveway but also pretty high up on the hill affording good views. Walking distance (though a bit long) or a short drive to the beach and all the spots near the harbor. Excellent owner who lives next door and is friendly and responsive. show more show less
