Two bedrooms plus a pull out sofa in the living room provide plenty of sleeping capacity. Comfortable furnishings and many amenities, such as washer and dryer, window A/C units (one in the kitchen and one in each bedroom) basic cable TV, WiFi, and a beautiful deck on the front, complete with gas grill and outside furniture, will make your Cape Cod vacation relaxing and enjoyable.

Approximately 1 mile driving to LeCount Hollow Beach (on the oceanside), and approximately 3 miles into Wellfleet Village. The Wellfleet Drive-In is a short drive down Rt. 6, a summer ''staple'' here in Wellfleet. There will sometimes be a low tide smell here around low tide.

Please no pets (not allowed on property at any time) and no smoking. Woodstove/fireplace is not for tenant use. No landline here.
