This Wellfleet antique was built in 1842. It sits on 4+ acres with an additional 5 acres of woodland at the back of the property. The house is on the National Register of Historic Houses along with several other houses from that era in the neighborhood It is quiet and private with a fenced in garden, a large patio, screened porch, and no immediate neighbors.

There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor and 2 additional bedrooms in an attached apartment that is quiet and private but open to the main house as well. It is ideal for anyone who needs a bit of privacy while on vacation. There is a living room dining room and den on the first floor. Amenities include AC, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower.

The bayside beach at Black Fish Creek is a short walk from the house, which is also close to the ocean beach at Cahoon Hollow as well as several beautiful freshwater ponds. Wellfleet center is a short drive from the house with many restaurants, art galleries, and fine shops.

    Wonderful Place

    We have been going to Wellfleet area for over twelve years for a vacation . We take our granddaughters and their friends. This year was one of the best! We had five girls ( ages 18-20 yo ) They loved this house!! It was very comfortable and gave them space from " adults".
    We liked the personal atmosphere of each room. Was very clean, well furnished and very quiet with a beautiful patio and backyard. We will be back again!

    Peaceful retreat

    My sister and I stayed here with our families last summer and we had an amazing stay. The house was incredibly charming, very clean and had beautiful gardens. There was plenty of space for us to spread out, but we could easily come together for a big meal in the dining room. We loved the proximity to the bay beach and walk through the conservation area. I would definitely recommend this property. The owner was very helpful with recommending places in town and answering any questions.

    Amazing family vacation

    We had a great stay at Terry's house this summer. The location was quiet and private, but a quick walk to a beautiful bay beach where my two year old loved to play. The house had the perfect set up to have our family in the main house and my husband's parents in the attached apartment, where they could have a more quiet space. Everything was clean and well set up for us, and Terry was helpful with any questions or recommendations we asked for. We would absolutely stay here again.
