This cozy cottage offers an open living room, dining and kitchen area. It has a separate bedroom with a full bed and a ladder to the loft with two twin beds. The bathroom is also off the bedroom.

This cottage (along with a second) is located in the back yard of a private home and is about 150 steps away from Mayo Beach. Additional amenities include two parking spaces, window air conditioning, cable TV, Internet, a BBQ grill, outdoor shower, a full-size refrigerator, plenty of storage, microwave, toaster oven as well as a Keurig coffee maker.

Guests will enjoy The Bookstore Restaurant, Ceraldi's, Mac's on the Pier, The Frying Pan gallery, The Pearl, the marina, Mayo Beach, and the town all within a few minutes stroll.

We strive to make your Wellfleet vacation a memorable one!

*Bed sheets and bath linens not included. We do provide mattress and pillow covers and one blanket for each bed - which are switched out between every guest. We also provide a bathmat and kitchen towels.
**If linens are needed, we are happy to arrange them with the local rental company, or you may arrange them directly with them.

    My family has rented properties in and around Wellfleet for many years. The location on Kendrick Avenue across from Mayo Beach is a special place that many families have enjoyed.

    This cottage is located in our 'backyard' but has privacy.

    I hope you enjoy this cozy cottage as much as our past guests of 20+ years have!

    Although on the smaller size, this open concept cottage boasts full amenities and is located across Kendrick Avenue from Mayo Beach.



    What is special about your town?
    For the most part, Wellfleet has had the ability to maintain its historic charm the since it formed in the 1760's and offers the world-famous Wellfleet Oyster.

    You'll find no 'chain' restaurants and retails stores - except Dunkin Donuts and Cumberland Farms. Instead, you'll find a variety of delicious restaurants, boutique stores and art galleries.
