We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Harborview this past week and it did not disappoint. My husband and I spent the week celebrating our anniversary and were mesmerized by the beauty and charm of Harborview, this rental in Wellfleet. This beachfront property has breathtaking views of the water from the deck and porch, perfect for watching the sunset and a short walk into town along the water and only a short bike ride away from trails, restaurants and more. I can not recommend this rental enough and look forward to our next vacation at this gorgeous water front property in Cape Cod.

A quaint cottage in the front is ALL view in the back with multiple indoor and outdoor spaces offering sweeping water views and an absolutely amazing sunset! Clean and well appointed.

Walkable to Wellfleet along the beach or by the street. Location is very close to several great restaurants. Bike trailhead is close by. Your own beach that reveals oyster shoals as the tide recedes. Giant sunfish lazily flopping their fins in the water. We loved it and hope to return!

The property looks exactly the same in person as in the lovely photos. There are views of the bay from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room, so the water is seen from every part of the main floor as well as the master bedroom (which has a large balcony overlooking the harbor). There is a lush grassy area with plantings directly behind the house and visible from the screened-in porch and living room. There is also a spacious patio and deck on the side of the house with table and chairs, barbecue, and outdoor shower, so very appealing and ample outdoor space.

The house was very clean and uncluttered, which was appreciated. A great location in Wellfleet - close to town center and Indian Neck Beach. The property owner was extremely accessible and responsive before and during our stay.

In a world where everything is changing so rapidly, "location, location, location" remains an eternal truth. From Harborview's decks on two levels as well as its backyard and screened-in porch, we were mesmerized by a dream view of Wellfleet Harbor right beneath us. We enjoyed three meals a day on the porch, the highlight coming at dinner with the sunset's prism of light over the water. If you can be pried inside, the house has been thoroughly updated and provides all the comforts and amenities one needs for an idyllic Cape getaway. Nice decor to boot, with modern furniture and fun art. Anything else is available in Wellfleet Center, only a five-minute drive or, even better, an easy walk along the water and over Uncle Tom's Bridge.

As a now 36 year returning summer vacationer to Wellfleet, we know what we like. This was our first stay at Harborview and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A beautiful house. A wonderful setting. Close proximity to town made for wonderful daily walks. We enjoyed the deck, the screened in porch, the outdoor grill. We rented kayaks. We enjoyed lazy times on the upstairs deck.

We were 100% happy customers and we will return.

Lovely home! It is beautifully decorated and maintained. Amazing views of the harbor can be seen from almost every room. It's a perfect, quiet place to relax on the decks or beach, and watch the seals and osprey, or sunsets in the evening.

Location is perfect. Very close to downtown Wellfleet and there is lots to do in the area. Highly recommend!

We needed to escape from too much time trapped in the city during the pandemic. We have vacationed on the Cape in the summer but have never spent time there in the winter. During the February school vacation week we rented this beautiful house and it was perfect. No traffic, lovely local hikes near and along the National Seashore, strolls along the beach and Wellfleet harbor, snow-topped bushes and a warm fireplace awaiting inside each day.

The owner and the nearby property manager are some of the most responsive and helpful people I've ever interacted with.

This property exceeded all expectations. From the beginning Evan (home owner) was great to work with, he was extremely quick to respond to emails and questions. The second you walk into this home you realize how special it is and how much the homeowner truly loves the home, it was spotless! The setup was perfect, 2 large bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom. There is also 1 bedroom plus a bonus room (bunk beds) in the basement with a full bathroom. Main floor also has 1/2 bath. The kitchen and appliances are top notch and the owner has thought of everything in the kitchen. The views are breathtaking from just about every room. Walk out the back door and you are at the beach. If you are looking for a premier Wellfleet beach house you have found it!

We've been coming to Wellfleet since 1998, but this is by far the most beautiful and inviting house we've ever rented. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and immediately felt like home. There was more than enough room for everyone to hang together, but also enjoy a private moment on the beach, the screened porch, or on the upstairs deck. Everyone loved using the fully equipped kitchen to cook for the group.

On cloudy days, we could use the porch to play games and enjoy the expansive view of the harbor. The gas fireplace was a major plus as the weather got cooler, especially at night!

We enjoyed the secluded beach area where we could relax and get in the water via kayak or stand up paddleboard. We also appreciated the close proximity to Uncle Tim's Bridge and the easy walk to Wellfleet's lovely downtown shops. The house is in close proximity to others, but we still felt like we had our privacy.

The owner was extremely attentive and accommodating. A pleasure to work with. We hope to return often in the future.

This house makes for an excellent vacation. It is modern, clean, and comfortable with an open floor plan, updated kitchen and tons of great outdoor space. Evan was very responsive. The fireplace is cozy and the views can't be beat! Would definitely stay there again.
