It was a very nice house. Spacious enough for us to spread out. Great screened in porch for cooler days and nights. Effective mini splits for warm ones. There's a large bedroom on the ground floor if there are members of your party who have a hard time with stairs. There is practically a whole other 1br apartment in the basement (no kitchen). We'll equip kitchen. It was great!

The house was just great- large, comfortable, extremely well maintained and supplied with anything we could need. It was very well located- a 2 minute drive to Moby Dick and a beautiful drive on Pole Dike Rd to town. Mary Anne was very accessible the one time there was a problem and it was resolved quickly. There were several really good outdoor decks and of course the screened porch was so nice to have. There were so many things there for kids-- beach toys, puzzles, trucks, and lots of space for them to play in. And there were also so many great things for adults-- lots of spaces to relax in, spaces for privacy and togetherness, every kitchen appliance you could think of, and lovely flowers there when we arrived. Thank you Mary Anne for that! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home with our children and grandchildren. Among the many things we enjoyed were the private setting in the woods, the great screened in porch, the privacy for each of the bedrooms, the outdoor shower and the very well stocked kitchen. The house was clean and extremely comfortable and had every detail thought through. The hosts were responsive and we hope to return next year and future years.

We had a wonderful week in Wellfleet. The house was a perfect venue for our family, 3 generations. The house is very spacious and you could tell the owners took pride in their home. Very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, my only recommendation would be to add lobster nutcracker to their utensils. The outside shower was very clean. The cornhole game was a plus, especially for the grandkids who have so much energy. Looking forward to coming back next year. Joanne Y

We have enjoyed staying in your spacious and beautiful house. We loved the beach-themed decor, fully-quipped kitchen, magical porch and the cozy bedrooms. Our kids used the beach toys you provided and spend many fun afternoons at the beach. Everything is very clean and very thoughtfully laid out. Can't ask for more! We will sure return and recommend to any friends who want to come to Cape for a relaxed vacation.

Our family very much enjoyed our time in this house. The lay out was perfect for us because there are three bedroom areas that are widely separated. The kitchen was well equipped. There was an appliance difficulty and the owners responded immediately and addressed it. The availability of beach equipment (chairs and umbrellas) and toys was unusually good. The house is very quiet and yet an easy drive to town and to the beaches and ponds. Our favorite feature of this house is the screen porch. We ate all of our meals out there and much of the time reading and relaxing.

The house was extremely clean and well equipped. We have have being renting houses on the cape for 20+ years. This was by far one of the best houses, great location, plenty of space for our 9 guest and very easy to work with the owners. Would highly recommend.

House was amazing and great location. A home that the homeowners take very good care of and thoughtful in helping to make your vacation enjoyable - a special place to call home for a vacation. Very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchen items - had everything we needed and more! If you have a baby we brought our inglesina table/counter seat and it was perfect for the counter seating nook for his meals.

Spacious bedrooms and the layout allows for multiple families or couples to have their own rooms/bathrooms.

We had 6 adults with 4 young children and we all loved the house. Enjoyed the big screened porch, multiple decks and the yard/landscaping was our oasis after the beach- enjoyed many picnics with the kids and played in the front yard.

Easy drive to downtown and many beaches.

Excellent condition and many options of beach toys, chairs and coolers all provided - no need to pack those!!!

Homeowners were responsive and very accommodating.

We had one of the most pleasant vacation weeks ever at this rambling Coles Neck Road home. Very convenient to a variety of beaches and ponds, as well as the town center with its shops and cafes. Short drive to the dunes in Truro and cultural district in Provincetown. We went to a different beach or pond every day (sometimes 2 per day), and then returned to our spacious rental where we each relaxed on our choice of sofas and lounge chairs on the deck, screened porch, and multiple living areas. We also made several dinners in the well-stocked kitchen and cooked local fish on the gas grill. Appreciated the lovely landscaping.

Owners were welcoming and easy to contact.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mary Anne and Chuck have a very clean and well cared for home with ample living space which made it easy for my family to relax. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and modern amenities. The owners surprised us with a gift box full of household items (all those essentials a renter would typically need to bring, paper towels, laundry detergent, softener, etc.) Self check-in and communication with them was easy. We asked to add 2 additional nights to our week rental (end of summer Labor Day week) and the owners were so accommodating. Unfortunately we had to leave early (due to flooding back at our home from a storm) and they graciously refunded the 2 additional nights without us even asking!

We are so grateful. We hope to return next year and the years to come.

The house could not have been more perfect for our needs, spacious and had lots of privacy even with 3 generations. The weather was also great, 10 minute ride to our favorite beach - Coast Guard, Provincetown maybe 20 to 25 minutes. Homeowner was extremely helpful and made us feel if there were any questions or we needed anything at all, we could call. Already talking about renting next summer.

Our family spent an amazing week in Wellfleet with our home base at this wonderful rental. We had everything needed and more. There was plenty of open space for everyone to relax. The house was very convenient to all of the beaches, restaurants, downtown Wellfleet, and Provincetown.
