My family of 4 stayed in this very clean, comfortable and gorgeous home. Incredibly scenic location near downtown Wellfleet. Walk to everything - especially morning coffee at The Flying Fish, the town Pier, and galleries. FYI, the reserved parking lot is located across the street, so be sure to pack lightly (and/or bring energetic children.) The owner of the unit is also great - warm, attentive and helpful.

We were new to the Cape, so didn't know what to expect when looking over properties. Wellfleet itself is in a great location, and this property is in short walking distance to much of what Wellfleet has to offer. Across the street is a very popular restaurant and bar. Mayo Beach (with shops, restaurants, and a Wellfleet Beach Sticker office!) is a short walk south. And the "downtown," with more shops and restaurants and a small grocery store, is a short walk north. And picturesque Uncle Tim's Bridge is nearby as well. We found the property exactly as described and quite reasonably priced. The owner was very clear with instructions, quick to respond to questions, and very easy to work with. My wife, son, and I spent a week here and we found the place to be very welcoming, accommodating, and as advertised. The place itself is very well kept; perfect for a cozy getaway for a small family. The house is even larger than I expected. Scott was very easy to work with and left very clear instructions regarding everything related to the stay. If you like the idea of a quiet getaway right in the heart of Wellfleet, this is your place!
