3 Bedroom and sofa-bed. Six occupants maximum and 3 cars. On the beach. You can see the seals and whales from the house and the deck, and there is easy access to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. You can listen to the waves as you sleep and the birds in the day. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

The home is fully modernized, with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, laundry, wifi and smart TV, indoor and outdoor showers, and tub. There are 2 bathrooms. There are beautiful freshwater lakes within a mile. The bike/walking path that goes all the way to Dennis is also within a mile. Good restaurants here in Wellfleet and in Provincetown.

    This property is amazing, all room windows open to the ocean, so you can hear the waves rolling in. Fully furnished and with all the amenities you could want. Lovely setting, my favorite place to stay on the Cape. On an uncrowded beach.

    Absolutely amazing property!

    Stayed here for our yearly trip to Cape Cod, hands down one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. Clean, plenty of room, perfect location, and breathtaking views!

    Will be booking again for sure!

    The owner is a professor and Gabe, who manages the properties, is her son. While the 132 Cliff house is new to the rental market, they have rented out 2 other properties on this website, with very positive results for the renters. The two properties of theirs which are still on this website as rental properties, are 920 Oceanview Drive in Wellfleet, and 132 Cliff Rd (off Oceanview and Priscilla) also in Wellfleet. Oceanview has reviews although Cliff Rd, which is newly rented, does not.

    the ocean, the birds and wildlife, the sound of the waves, proximity to the beach, the privacy and quiet

    What is special about your town?
    We are on the ocean and near fresh water ponds. There are public tennis courts and golf courses nearby. We are near the bike trail. Great restaurants in Wellfleet and Provincetown. Incredibly beautiful beaches.
