The downstairs includes a large open floor plan with a living room and kitchen that comfortably seats 5, and a dining table that seats 6. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware and utensils for large groups. Enjoy a peaceful breakfast or read a book in the screened-in porch off of the kitchen. Connected to the living room, there are two more private living spaces that are good for relaxing, taking calls or remote work. There's also a full bathroom on the first floor and a bedroom with one set of bunk beds.

Upstairs has three bedrooms with queen beds and a fourth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. There's also another full bathroom upstairs.

The property's location gives you the best of both worlds: conveniently located off of route 6 for easy access to downtown Wellfleet and the many beaches, but secluded and accessed by a private road. The very large backyard is great for kids, BBQs and other group gatherings. There's both a charcoal and gas grill provided.
