This three-bedroom (two queens and one double bed), three full bathroom house has a wrap-around porch and sliding glass doors facing the marsh. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, etc.

There is wireless internet access and cable flatscreen television. All rooms have ceiling fans and two bedrooms have window air conditioning.

There is a garage for storing bicycles and boating equipment.

The house is walking distance to island beaches and a 10-minute drive to Wellfleet Main Street and Town ocean beaches and ponds.

    Perfect location to enjoy the cape

    We've stayed on Lt Island for summer vacation now for years and it's so peaceful with beauty abound. The house is very private with views of the marsh. 2 beaches on Lt. Island for nice visits to quiet beaches and we are only 10 min from the big beaches. We also love the tide watch every day. The house has everything you need. We recommend this place.

    A completely delightful place to stay, now in our 4th or 5th year. Peaceful and quiet, walkable to beaches, ever-changing views of the marsh as the tide comes and goes

    Our Happy Place

    We love the magical marsh house! The views are incredible, and we love watching the tide come in and out. At night, you feel like you're the only ones on the island. Even on a cloudy day, the house is full of light. It's close to everything, but when you turn off the main road you feel like you leave civilization behind. This is one of our favorite places to stay.
