This comfortable four-bedroom home sleeps ten and is less than a mile to Gull Pond, one of Wellfleet's most beloved freshwater ponds and less than two miles from The ocean beach, Newcomb Hollow. Set on a wooded lot, this property abuts the Cape Cod National Seashore.

Enter an open main living area with kitchen, dining area and living room. Skylights, a vaulted ceiling and a slider to the deck make this a bright and inviting space. The kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, microwave and drip coffeemaker. There is counter seating and a dinette perfect for morning coffee. The dining area just off the kitchen has a large dining table with room for everybody. The living room has comfortable seating, decorative fireplace (not for tenant use), ductless split unit air conditioner, high speed internet and a flat screen smart TV to stream content with your own accounts.

The Primary bedroom just off the living room has a king bed, flat-screen smart TV, split unit ductless air conditioner, large closet and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower. There is also a half bath with washer/dryer on this floor off the hall leading to the kitchen.
The home's other three bedrooms are on the second floor off an open hall overlooking the first floor main living area. One bedroom has a queen bed and a full (double) bed, one has a queen bed and one has a twin over full bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed. Each of the second floor bedrooms has a ductless split unit air conditioner. The second full bathroom is on this floor.

The slider in the dining room leads to the spacious back deck with outdoor dining table and chairs and gas grill. There is an enclosed outdoor shower beneath the deck.

    Wonderful Home in Wellfleet!

    We had 8 persons staying in the house, 1 married couple and the rest women over 50. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. Everyone raved about the comfortable beds! It was the perfect location....close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and even a winery.
    Unfortunately it rained the entire weekend so we weren't able to take advantage of the outdoor deck and grill. However, the living room was the perfect place to do puzzles, play games or just sit and relax. There was plenty of room to spread out and find your own personal space. show more show less

    We loved staying at Beth's house. It's the perfect location - close to everything, but also completely off the beaten path. The house is impeccably maintained - super clean, has everything - and also has a perfect layout. We couldn't have been happier!

    Terrific house rental

    We have been renting in Wellfleet for more than forty years, and this home is our favorite. The location is very central, with easy access to town, three ponds, and Newcomb Hollow beach. The house has generously sized bedrooms ( many do not ), plenty of room to spread out, a large dining table and a well furnished kitchen. The minisplit airconditioners are quiet, effective and unobtrusive.

    The home is very private. Although the owners are nearby they are great and not obtrusive at all.

    We had a simply perfect time at Beth's house for a long weekend. The house was well equipped and the location was private but close to everything we needed. Beth was a wonderful host. We will surly returns to this house again should it be open on our next trip!!

    We (my husband, 2 daughters and I) were lucky enough to spend a week at this great house. It was perfect. Beth greeted us and made us feel at home. The house was very spacious and spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the pots, pans and utensils that we needed. There were plenty of books and games and the smart TVs were great. We really appreciated the basket of menus and brochures to local restaurants and attractions.

    While the house is in an "off the beaten path" location, beaches, restaurants and shops were a very short drive away.
