Cozy Cape Cod Cottage / Pets Welcome - fenced yard

Myself as well as my family stayed here this July for a week on Cape Cod. We have been vacationing to Wellfleet for years it's our favourite location on the cape mostly due to location and charm of the town. This cottage did not disappoint it is what I would describe is a quintessential cape cod cottage. Lots of charm and character and lots of space. We brought our dog who loves to be outside and in the water and the fenced in yard was truly unbeatable for her! The deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening dinners and was where we spent most of our time and the living room was spacious enough for everyone to sit comfortably on a rainy cape cod afternoon. The location was great a short drive to all amenities in Wellfeet including our favourite restaurant Mac Shack and favourite beach Marconi. Just be aware that if you have anyone with mobility issues there are stairs to get up to the 3 bedrooms. Dave was quick to respond and easy to get ahold if necessary, and was a gracious host. My family and friends have stayed at this summer house many times over the past several summers. Perfect beach house whether you're active (beaching, biking, boating etc.) or just want to hang out and relax on the large sunny deck or the Great room inside.
Good location and nice neighborhood. As mentioned, short walk to the bay, short drive to the ocean and short bike ride to the bike trail.
Also, fun house for dinner parties or entertaining friends. Plenty of parking.
Upstairs bedrooms are comfortable.
Outdoor shower is a big plus.
