This quintessential Cape Cod cottage is located in the Pleasant Point neighborhood. With bay-side views and quiet streets, you’ll be sure to relax on this vacation!

Our three bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 9 people. Three bedrooms upstairs, two with a queen size bed and one with two twin beds. In addition, the screened-in front porch includes a twin bed and the family room has a full-size pull-out sofa. This home has one full bath upstairs and one half bath on the first floor. There is also an outdoor shower.

Love to cook? Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space to eat in the dining room, front porch, or deck. You can entertain with ease in the large family room, which includes plenty of windows, cathedral ceilings, a 55-inch television and ample seating. Cable/internet ready TV’s and Wi-Fi is included.

You’ll enjoy your time in our spacious fenced-in backyard, with an outdoor shower, a deck with lots of seating and a gas grill. The house also has sufficient driveway space for guests.

Our centrally located home is a one-minute walk to the bay where you can enjoy swimming, sunsets and launching your kayaks. It is also a close drive to the ocean, kettle ponds and other bay beaches. In addition, the town offers great restaurants/bars with water views, art galleries, shopping and much more in Wellfleet!

Guests must bring linens and towels.

There is a washing machine, but no dryer.
