We needed a spot for our annual trip to the Cape. Been searching for one we want to return to yearly and this is it. Super functional layout and beautiful finishes everywhere. Private and quiet. We usually stay in Orleans but now we're loving Wellfleet. Everything we wanted to do was convenient to get to and on a rainy day we enjoyed relaxing at the house.

Our family has been vacationing in Cape Cod for many years, and we finally found a place to come back to. Karin & Matt's cottage is thoughtfully appointed and has everything you need for a week on the cape (towels, linens, beach chairs included). I'm a stickler for cleanliness and this property gets the highest marks. Karin & Matt are easy to communicate with. We've already booked for next summer and are looking forward to returning for many more.

This Wellfleet cottage has everything you need for an amazing stay at the Cape! Beach chairs, coolers, and towels were all available and so nice to not have to pack. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with anything we needed for cooking and the deck and back fire pit area were great places to relax. The cottage was pristine and the decorating spot on. We walked to the harbor to use the kayaks (amazing) multiple times. Karin responded quickly to any questions we had, and clearly takes great pride in the property. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Limin' Cottage is the perfect place to chill on the Cape. The cottage is bright, modern and full of amenities (soaps, shampoos, beach chairs, Keurig cups, etc.). Blackfish Creek is a fun body of water to kayak in. The hosts are very pleasant and excellent at responding to questions.

We loved the house, the attention to detail, the cleanness, the way it is appointed, the location, the gardens, all!

We have been going to Wellfleet for many years, and of all the places we have stayed, this is our favorite. We will continue going back. It is also easy to communicate with the owners, if need arises.

The cottage was so beautiful and so clean ! Karin and Matt were great hosts and super responsive and helpful to whatever we needed ! We will definitely stay again soon !

From the moment we arrived, we were stunned at how beautiful the house and neighborhood was. Everything we needed for a relaxing and fun weekend was taken care of. The cottage is pristine, comfy, and has plenty to offer from the grill to the fire pit. Plus, the kayaks made for an unbelievable morning on Black Fish Creek. I have stayed in Wellfleet many times over the years but this has become my new favorite space in the area.

Matt and Karin are amazing hosts who go above and beyond to provide the perfect stay.

We had a delightful stay in this cozy cottage. It is a well-designed, tasteful, comfortable, super clean, and well-stocked home. The gorgeous hydrangeas blooming in the garden were a bonus. Karin was a wonderful host, responsive and responsible.

We had a fabulous week at this perfect cottage in Wellfleet. It was superbly appointed with everything from the advertised fresh linens, towels, and beach chairs for 6, to the unadvertised yet extremely appreciated array of spices, Keurig cups, and (my favorite) a full set of Oxo kitchen utensils. Everything was well organized and very clean. We have rented on the Cape for years and have not come across a place quite like this before. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. We look forward to coming back and recommend this rental without hesitation.

We had an amazing time at the Limin' Cottage and would rate beyond 5 stars if we could. Everything at the cottage was in perfect condition when we arrived. The owners have done an exceptional job in stocking the cottage with everything you need for a relaxing vacation; they have thought of everything. The cottage is equipped with all modern furnishing, appliances, décor, comfortable beds, and luxuriously bathrooms (it is even better than the pictures). We also enjoyed grilling and eating many meals outdoors at the picnic table. The owners were great to work with throughout the entire process, they were kind, courteous, and respectful of our privacy. We loved the location of the cottage, less than 10-minute stroll to the water, super quiet neighborhood that is great for walking, as well as easy access to anything you would want to do in Wellfleet (shopping, harbor, beaches, ponds, restaurants, etc.). Our trip was one we will never forget thanks to this awesome rental. We hope we can come back to the Limin' Cottage again.

Best lace to stay in Wellfleet. As someone who grew up in Wellfleet it is awesome to find a place so great to bring the family home. The cottage, property, location, and owners are epic. Can not recommend this place enough for a true cape vacation. Thank you so much for having us!

The cottage is simply beautiful! It has a cottage feel but with all the conveniences of a modern house. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and relaxing at the fire pit. The owners, Karin and Matt, made the stay easy. Even though we packed our own, they had many items, including coffee, condiments and spices. They even had soaps and paper products. They thought of everything here. They also supply great quality linens, bath and beach towels. I can't imagine staying anywhere else after our stay here.

We loved staying in this Pleasant Point Cottage! Everything is new, and with lots of nice touches, like spices in the cabinet, and foil in the drawer, it feels like home. The owners live next door and are helpful and super friendly. Highly recommended!

The cottage is beautiful! You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the design and furnishings so that guests would feel relaxed and on vacation. It's located off the beaten path, in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts live in the other house located at the back of the property. They greeted us on our first day to make sure we had everything we needed which was appreciated. My favorite things were hanging at the fire pit, the outdoor shower, and my hotel like bed! We will definitely book again.

We had a great time at the cottage. We usually stay in Wellfleet in August but we decided to try earlier in the season and it was perfect. Everything is open but less crowded with very little traffic. The cottage is exactly as described, extremely clean, and super comfortable. Everything is brand new. We had 5 people in our party and the cottage size was perfect. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to stay in which we did a couple nights. The beds are wonderful and one of our friends slept on the pull out sofa and now wants to buy one for her house. The owners, Karin and Matt, are a great resource for dinner recommendations, and things to do. They even opened up their backyard bar for us and hosted us for an impromptu happy hour along with their adorable golden retriever! We will definitely stay again.
