This Cape Cod home is a beautiful, spacious place for groups to meet and hang out. The open plan living area integrates the kitchen, kitchen table area, living room, screened in porch and deck. The upstairs loft is open above the wall, so it is an extension of the shared space, and is great for puzzles, games, or reading books.

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer and plenty of cabinet space, fully furnished with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Place settings are also provided. The three bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full-size, 2 twins) all have quiet air conditioning. However, the house is so close to the water, that sea breezes always keep a temperate climate.

The basement has large sized washer and dryer and utility sink. Also, there are beach chairs and beach toys for your use. In the summer months, the garage is available off the lower driveway, with direct basement access.

The Pleasant Point Landing Beach is a walk from the house of about 1,100 feet (this beach is shown with sea grass). Since this is a saltwater tidal area, a myriad of sea life can be seen, including clams, crabs, and sea birds. Walking paths make it a great place to explore and see more of this amazing place that cannot be reached by car. Three ocean beaches are an easy drive, with the closest at 2.2 miles (this beach is shown with no sea grass). Beach stickers are required in the summer season and can be purchased at the Wellfleet town center, nearby.
