With four air-conditioned bedrooms and a bonus sleeping room off the large family room on the lower level, this is a perfect vacation home for families. It's an short drive to Wellfleet's ocean and bay beaches, and the home is located in a quiet neighborhood across from the entrance to Marconi Beach.

The main floor greets you with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, and a spacious and comfortable living room.

Three bedrooms are upstairs, each with a queen bed, and the main-floor bedroom has a king bed. The sleeping room on the lower level has a twin-trundle bed. Washer and dryer are in the main-floor bathroom.

There is ample parking, a back deck with an outdoor shower, grill and fire pit, and a screened-in porch suited to al-fresco dining.

The main floor and lower level have flat screen TVs and there is updated internet throughout.

The home is beach ready - beach chairs, toys, and a cooler in the garage await your beach adventures.

No booking fees. Cleaning fee and trash removal are included in the rental price.

Renter supplies linens.

    Having rented in Wellfleet each summer for more than twenty years, we purchased this home late in 2023. We love Wellfleet's rural character and many beaches, each with its own vibe. Our family surfs and boogie boards on the ocean side and relaxes by the calmer and warmer waters on the bay side. When they were younger, our children particularly enjoyed swimming at Wellfleet's ponds.

    We strive to offer the same comfortable, worry-free experience that we have had in Wellfleet for many years, and hope that your visit will bring you enduring, joyful memories.


    What is special about this property?
    We feel that our home offers light-filled space and good flow that connects visitors to each other, indoors and out. The lower-level family room is fun for movies or darts - and no summer retreat would be complete without an assortment of board games, puzzles, and playing cards (poker chips too).
