Walk to Indian Neck Beach or to the Town of Wellfleet via Uncle Tim''s bridge, gather oysters on the sandy beach in front of the house, and watch some of the most incredible sunsets you have ever seen from the screened in porch.

This is a very quiet house with so much privacy as there are only two neighbors yet you can walk to the Dunkin for your morning coffee. Beautiful gardens all around with steps to your own sandy beach. There are 10 steps on the stairway to your own private beach!

Two week minimum rental during July & August.

    We have been sharing our homes on Cape Cod with vacationers for over 12 years.

    What is special about this property?
    Location location location! From watching sunsets in the screened-in porch to only having a few steps down to the sandy beach (when the tide is out) to the 15 minute walk via Uncle Tim's bridge to downtown Wellfleet Sandpiper Hill is an idyllic place to spend your Cape Cod vacation. Full cable television on an 85'' giant screen. Newly remodeled gourmet kitchen with coffee bar in the pantry.

    What is special about your town?
    Wellfleet is a quintessential New England town with plenty of restaurants, a public library for rainy days, and within 15 minutes of P Town.
