A new flat screen TV in the living room is a nice update. The large wrap around deck off the living room is a quiet and private space to enjoy the outdoors. It's located in a nice private area within walking distance to beaches on Lieutenant Island. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance), plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

    Lovely stay near Lt Island. Easy access to bay beach at Lt Island and the surf beaches in Wellfleet. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and well appointed. My only reservation for rebooking is that the house does heat up quickly and has limited air circulation (only one ceiling fan). Could benefit from being able to open high roof windows or AC.

    Lovely, wonderfully equipped, well cared for Cape home. Location is perfect for walking and biking to Lieutenant Island. Close to route 6 - cross for CCRT - and 2 minute car ride to Marconi while tucked away for a quiet, comfortable stay. Home, in true Cape Cod style, does not have air conditioning which could be challenging in high humidity; however, an array of room and ceiling fans provide comfort. Look forward to a future stay!
