The home comfortably accommodates guests across three bedrooms: two feature Queen beds, and the third provides two twin beds. All sleeping quarters are conveniently located on one floor.

The best place to unwind is on the large wrap-around deck, which offers a quiet, private space to enjoy the wooded surroundings, grill dinner on the gas or charcoal grill, and relax. A necessary Cape Cod amenity, the enclosed outdoor shower, is also provided for rinsing off after a long day of exploring. Enjoy the perfect combination of privacy, natural beauty, and functional amenities, including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and ceiling and standard fans to keep the air moving.<br /> <br /> Please note, An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply.     Lovely stay near Lt Island. Easy access to bay beach at Lt Island and the surf beaches in Wellfleet. Quiet neighborhood. Clean and well appointed. My only reservation for rebooking is that the house does heat up quickly and has limited air circulation (only one ceiling fan). Could benefit from being able to open high roof windows or AC.

    Lovely, wonderfully equipped, well cared for Cape home. Location is perfect for walking and biking to Lieutenant Island. Close to route 6 - cross for CCRT - and 2 minute car ride to Marconi while tucked away for a quiet, comfortable stay. Home, in true Cape Cod style, does not have air conditioning which could be challenging in high humidity; however, an array of room and ceiling fans provide comfort. Look forward to a future stay!
