The first level offers one bedroom with a queen sized bed and an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with doors to the screened porch. The second level features a seating area with a small flat screen TV, the primary has a queen sized bed and doors to a private deck, as well as another full bath and a third bedroom with 2 twin sized beds. Great amenities include WiFi, central air, and a gas grill. There is a brand new enclosed outdoor shower in the back of the house. You can even walk to the beach from this home - just 5 minutes down a sandy road! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
