Surrounded by woods and sitting beside a private kettle pond, the setting is peaceful, private, and wonderfully rustic. Spend your days swimming in the pond, enjoying the outdoor shower, or wandering through the woods to the ocean bluff to take in sweeping views and breathe in the salty Cape air. Ocean beaches, additional ponds, and Wellfleet Center are all about a 10-minute drive away.

This is Cape Cod at its most natural and unspoiled. There is no internet or Wi-Fi, and cell service can be spotty depending on your carrier (land line available). There is also no air conditioning. Instead, open the windows, listen to the birds, take a swim, and enjoy the kind of quiet that is getting harder and harder to find.
