Welcome to our home. It is perfectly located on a private road/lot on the ocean side of town. It is less than a mile walk/bike/drive to the ponds, and downtown's shops and restaurants. It is 1.5 miles to Lecount's Beach on the oceanside.

This expanded cape is lovely, clean and spacious, offering a layout perfect for 2 families to share. The main house's first floor open plan features, vaulted ceilings, a fully stocked kitchen with 2 casual breakfast bars for seating, fire-placed family room and dining area. The first floor's bedrooms both have queen sized beds, with one containing a bunk bed. The upstairs has a master bedroom with 2 queen sized beds and a twin. This floor also has a full bath plus a loft open to the first floor with a TV/sitting area and pull-out couch.

There is a separate living area that is connected to the main house through by a very large screened-in-porch perfect for hanging out after a beach day, or holding a large dinner gathering. The first floor of this extension holds a spacious TV/living room and Adirondack sleeping area with a queen and 2 twin beds, It also has a 1/2 bath. The upstairs has a large master bedroom with a King and two twin beds as well as a full bath.

The grounds are lovely with flowers and bushes of all types which bloom all summer long. In addition to the screened-in porch, there is also a large ground level porch with ample seating and new fully enclosed outdoor shower. There is parking for 6+ cars.
