This comfy cottage sits high on a hill offering amazing views of Chipman's Cove. Come and relax on the back deck and enjoy the view and the famous Cape Cod sunsets. Enter the lower level and you will find a nice TV room, full bath and on the other side a washer/dryer. Up the stairs on the main level of the home you will find an open living room/dining area and kitchen that offer wonderful views of Chipman's Cove via the floor to ceiling windows in the living room area. There are three bedrooms on the main level, (1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 Bunk Bed Set), and a full bath for all to share. This is a pet friendly rental property. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
