Second floor features a recreation room with Smart TV and futon, one bedroom with a full and twin, one bedroom with a queen, and one bedroom with a twin as well a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Other amenities include a private outdoor shower and a deck with gas grill, wireless internet, washer and dryer, and two Smart TVs in the first floor living room and 2nd floor sitting room. $100 per week discount for multiple week reservations. All reservations have an additional $200 reservation fee, 14.45% short-term rental tax, and a refundable security deposit.
