Located near the ponds and the quaint town of Wellfleet, this Cape Cod cottage offers a cozy getaway, a home that exudes a timeless charm and warmth! There is not an inch wasted in this wonderfully adorned quintessential cottage. Enjoy the feeling of being on the cape in the summer, outside most of the day, coming home to this adorable cottage, relaxing on the deck, soaking up that Cape Cod air!

Step into the home to the sitting room/kitchen, with a kitchen table seating 4. To the right is the main bedroom, queen size bed, and then the other bedroom, with bunk beds. Cape Cod decorations, a bean bag chair, two couches and in fact two areas for sitting all contribute to this thoughtfully designed cottage. Passed the bedrooms you will find a comfortable sitting area that leads to a good-sized deck.

Duck Pond is .6 miles away, Great Pond less than 2 miles. Bay beaches, ocean beaches, town of Wellfleet all nearby.
