Sip morning coffee with the newspaper on the screened porch at the rear of the structure. After a day of enjoying one of the many local beaches, rinse your salt crusted hair in the large outdoor shower then unwind on the wrap-around farmers porch spanning two sides of the house.

The MAIN FLOOR consists of the living, dining, and kitchen areas, half bath, and a primary bedroom with a king bed with ensuite bath with shower. (Of note, there are stairs to enter the home, however, the door casement to the primary bedroom are handicapped accessible as is the ensuite primary bathroom) On the SECOND FLOOR there are two bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other with 1 twin and 1 queen bed. The cozy loft/sitting area as well as a bathroom with tub and shower round out the 2nd floor. The lovely yard offers ample space to lounge and relax. There is driveway parking for 4 cars.

The Indian Neck Beaches are 2 miles or so away, a pleasant bike ride or short drive. It is about 5 minutes by car to Wellfleet Center and a little farther to the pond and ocean beaches.
